Website & Forums "known Bug Reports And Common Issues" Pin Thread

For the "Bug Reports" section of the forums, I think a good way to prevent duplicate bug reports is to have a "known bug reports" thread pinned on the top.

There should also be a checkbox when you try to make a new thread under the bug reports section that says "I have read the know bug reports and common issues thread and the bug i'm reporting isn't there" with the part being a hyperlink.

It is rather simple to add it, just make and pin a thread that includes all the know bugs and issues.

(Also maybe for some of the commonly asked issues that isn't a bug, there should be solution included.
For example one common problem that the players might think is a bug is that the player don't know how to continue the fate of the fallen quest after they die during the protect the portal, so the thread will also include the solution to that)

I have heard of people's threads being closed due to being duplicates, and not knowing why, they basically assumed the ct was being toxic about the reports definitely a good idea that i'm surprised isn't already implemented

 

glad to see bug reports page shrinking but this still should be added

 

Definitely would help both players and the QA team tbh

Yes, i think it will be better to have this than people's bug reports being shut down because they didn't care to scroll through 50+ pages to see if this was posted already, or, even, just make it a featured post on the forums and every time a new bug is reported write it down in that forums post so its even easier to go through and see if your report was posted.
