World The Battle In Recover The Past Is Insane

I could not get past that battle until I was level 35 even though the recommended level is 25. I mean maybe I'm just bad, but I feel like that battle is just way too hard.

 

Your not supposed to .. fight dead gramps head on but sneak around and poison the water my man...

You sure you're talking about Recovering the Past/Tower of Amnesia and not Poisoning the Pest lol?

The fight is harder so bring health pots that you find in chests. If you play shaman its easier to prevent the mobs from attacking him by using totem + aura. For others you have to play forward and draw agro so they dont hit the guy (where health pots are nice).

Ok my bad I got it mixed with poisoning the pest or something

 

The monsters are tanky, but if you kite them there's no problem. Than again, I didn't bother to do this until a few levels after, but you only have a peoblwm if they get behind you. Oh, and the necromancer disappears sometimes, so you have to wait and relog or something.

 

I did this on my archer yesterday and the only way I was able to get them out from the scout dude was with bomb arrow. Plus the fight is incredibly buggy. It needs to be changed.

 

The level requirement should be changed. i've had difficulty on multiple classes with it (pretty much all of them, except the lvl 97 mage i had)

 

Yeah, it’s literally the only quest in that level range that literally requires you to make a full on build. I barely got through by rawstacking, which is a pretty good indication that something’s got to give

 

therck set actually has more trouble with recover the past than generic noob conglomeration builds do with nearly all other content near that level, plus the arena is a stinking bridge

 

I lost one of my 7 HIC classes to this quest




Other six due to lag

 

I lost absolutely nothing from this quest on my hunted playthrough but it still triggered me and I have yet to finish it there

The mobs are the right difficulty for it to be a level 35 quest so I would suggest the quest requirement is changed to that

 

better to just downscale the mobs to fit its current req

 

funny how I don't remember doing this quest at all

maybe its one of the ones I skipped because I had higher level quests to do idk
