My request is simple: that content warnings are added to quests in the questbook. Throughout my Wynncraft journey, I have encountered quests in which the content can be a little gruesome. (For example, A Grave Mistake, The Headless Hunt, A Thousand Meters Under). I recognize that others may enjoy these quests, and they are important to the world building, but I have found them to be rather distressing. So I ask that you add warnings to such quests so that players may avoid doing them at inopportune times or avoid doing them altogether if they would be bothered by the content.

I have no idea what are you asking for. If you don't like the quest (and started it) either leave it and/or avoid on other playthroughs

So people would be encouraged to not go to the silent expanse? There is a lot of gore in AJB...

Looking at the english and looking for context by squeezing water from stone of his sentence, it looks like he is referring to the guillotine+chopped off heads/bloody/dismemberment/jump scare kind of things that players may not expect in the mostly cartoonishly evil/good theme that plays out like a normal RPG/adventuring vibe, and did not expect themes around horror-ish although not very common which is why he might have been surprised. Although I'm surprised he didn't include the Jungle and impaled heads that I can't remember the location.

No idea because like I said, squeezing water from stone.

Although I'm very surprised that no one so far has come to the same conclusion as me, but that probably means im wrong.

Y'all are having trouble understanding the OP? They're asking for warnings in the quest book for quests with potentially traumatic content. Think like how video games have age ratings that list things such as blood and gore or violence. (Although content warnings are usually focused more on potentially traumatic content like, say, emotional abuse.)

Content warnings are common in a lot of online media. They're intended for people with PTSD or other sorts of fears/trauma so they don't unexpectedly encounter something that sets it off. It's pretty much always good to have them listed somewhere.

    Oh, that makes sense.

I agree only if it was somewhere in spoiler (so you don't automatically see it) to not to spoil normal players playthrough (like it would in -1000m))

My vision (in welcome or where)
    READ THIS IF YOU HAVE PSTD {or something, sorry for my unfamiliarity}
    Otherwise you could get spoilers!

It could probably be a setting in /toggle. Typically content warnings aren't explicit spoilers, One Thousand Meters Under would be something like "Major character death" for example.

if something like this were to be added I don't think it needs to be that complex, it could just be a simple "May contain graphic content." in the quest book

What they're asking for is content warnings at the beginning of quests. Some things can be triggering for people.

So like "I this quest are lots of spiders" or "In this quest you will see a lot of deaths"?

To prepare players with fears/traumas for it?

Eh I guess one could be more creative and bake an extra line into the starting dialogue for quests and use things like bolding and caps lock to add emphasis (like: "Adventurers who enter this graveyard always leave traumatized by the horror that lies within" or something like that idk. I can't exactly remember the exact dialogue of a Grave Mistake but I remember it being something about needing to leave this place and being told to stay away or something, can't quite recall it was like a month ago.

Ex: When I first saw the hanging man, I was like "cool, a hanging man on a noose, now what do I need to do" but I would assume that some people would see a hanging man and be surprised or disgusted or something the first time seeing it.

Grave mistake: Only do this quest if you enjoy being scared or are immune to fear because it is nearly impossible to do this quest without having a heart attack

For real. Wynncraft lacks storytelling for this genre.
The whole point of horror stories is the plot not just adding random jumpscares, the player empathy needs to be triggered turning him psychologically as the main character.
In a nutshell, they need to fear the plot instead of fearing being scared.
