    So I assume they don't want to change anything about crates to increase revenue. But May I suggest an idea for Black Market Items. I have 6-7 extra Black market items, I believe it would be fair to trade in 3-5 Black market items for the option to pick out 1 you don't have. Otherwise I'd have to spent another 100-200 dollars just to have a reasonable chance to get the specific skin I want. Its just a very big disappointment getting my third Frosty spear, when all I want is to finally get the dagger. If not this idea, at least add another tier of items so I wont have a bunch of extra items wasting away. I'm a big fan of Wynncraft, theres nothing like it on Minecraft. I hope this idea of something like it can get put into consideration.

    I got 3 yahya's helmets in a row and those are all the black market items I have... And I hate that helmet lol.
    Btw maybe add poll?

    Yeah, it'd be a good idea if you could scrap two black-market items to get a random one. Poll, please?

    same, got my 2nd frosty staff today after opening 50 crates, so annoying and seems like a crime

    I 100% agree. I bought 50 crates and I have 4 same adventurer hats, I want something else than that lol
