    Ok... Let’s try this again...
I was thinking a lot about how adding housing into WynnCraft would effect the gameplay, and noticed something, rather obvious. When you harvest oak wood from an oak tree, the item it gives you is, technically, a Player Head! Otherwise known as a Mini Block...
There is no real way in WynnCraft to get blocks that would be normally used for building, so adding housing would require a COMPLETE ITEM OVERHAUL!! That is, unless, there was an NPC...

    NEW NPC
What if there was a certain NPC in the main center of home street that would sell “builder blocks”.
Example: Trade 1 oak wood for 4 placeable oak planks, or 2 granite ingots for 2 granite blocks.
This way, instead of remaking the item system, CT could just add a bunch of new items. Probably still a lot of work, but bound to be less then a new item system. Name the NPC whatever you want and put him...
    Erm... put him...

    NEW AREA
I talked a little about a new area in the first post about housing, but it wasn’t to detailed.
I would preferably choose a location near Detlas, as it is a good place that many people visit often.
The area, in my mind, would be a large portal of some kind, with some researchers or tourists nearby.
The portal would go to a ruined village or, as we would call it, housing.
The main center would have the new NPC, along with the normal village things, such as a bank, a blacksmith, and a scroll seller.
The villagers would be sad they’re homes were destroyed, and would ask you to rebuild. Then, after building a home, you could choose to get a villager roommate, or kick them out, because you obviously earned the house. It may be good to add some lore to, as villages don’t just appear in portals.

    NEW LORE?
There is an question mark here, because this is just my idea of a good lore for housing, but the CT crew can feel free to make they’re own story.
The village attempted to escape from the Corruption by leaving our world and bending time and space to create a pocket dimension.... but things do not go well, and thousands of homes were destroyed.
Distraught, the villagers were abandoned, waiting for a day when humanity would come and help them rebuild, as they had lost many materials on the way into this place.

I believe that this is a pretty fair way to add housing into the game, but I can understand if it is to much work for CT. I hope you consider this post. Bye now!(:

Did you know that many weapons and other items in your inventory are actually retextured items? This limits the block palette quite a lot

    Too
    Yes, near the Portal

    Where the portal would be?
Could players access it at any level? (This would kind of ruin the theme of Wynncraft, as many players would instead of adventuring just build houses)
    Without any quests?

Erm, I guess a mark 3 will be made someday, but I do see how it would ruin the theme of WynnCraft...
I like to think of it as a chance for others to start businesses, and live a life, not, constantly murdering monsters.
Even hero’s need some down time!(:

You can edit the thread instead of posting x different thread.
Many players afk in Detlas, Lutho or other big cities. If you want to start bussiness, you can do it in Trade market forums/discord sections. Many players also lootrun, do professions or other stuff.

This is a fair housing idea. Better than what most people post so ya!

In my opinion, I think housing does fit gameplay wise and lore wise. There are quite a few RPGs out there that have done a version of Housing, and personally I'd like to see some housing for Wynncraft because why not?
Lore wise, there are quite a few NPCs around the Wynn province that basically establish you as a citizen of the province or a town in some way. The most direct one being The Passage quest, which is a quest to physically gain your citizenship in Troms. Given that, you could make a Housing area there. A more hidden one is talking to Enzan at Ragni, who says something along the lines of "Guess you're now an official citizen huh?" (I don't remember the exact quote).i Evenf there was no real good lore to explain why Housing would exist for the player, then I'd argue that putting lore over gameplay just doesn't feel right. At that point you might as well argue why Soul Points are a thing and why we don't all just have 1 life.

As for making a Housing suggestion itself, it really comes down to how well it's detailed and what is accounted for in the suggestion.

Maybe you are right. But still, it shouldn't be available from the beggining. I think lv. 55+ would be enough

Yes, I don’t think it would be something available off the bat, and would probably cost 1 led for a plot.
