Website & Forums Fix Previous Username Tab

For more than a year, this part of the user profile has been broken. It feels nostalgic looking back on the past, but now its infinitely loading, feels bad.

Edit: Well there’s a reason why it was removed. However I feel that this could be fixed, either the tab only working for you the owner, or be by default disabled which can be enabled to show tot he public in the privacy. Or if its too much of a risk still, just remove and replace the part with something else, just it doesn’t seem to just look like a bug.
