    • Raw spell: ok, so the best option here is mega fern, which is already a jack-of-all-trades type ing, so shouldn’t that mean that if an ing ONLY had raw spell, it should be much higher? (also, pure quartz is in second, and it’s good but isn’t pure raw) just a plain pure raw ing, please.

    • Raw melee: best option is enhanced dynamics, which also has ¼ ms, and the very close second is a TIER ONE ingredient (forgotten pickaxe). Mega fern is third, and see raw spell for more info on why it shouldn’t be topping any charts. Of course, raw melee would do a hell of a lot more if we could put it on very/super fast weapons, but whatever.

    • Earth dmg%: cursed wings are getting buffed, so that’s nice and all. I still think galvanic shouldn’t be second for a lot of reasons (level 54, has fire dmg too and def req, etc) so i wish there was another option.

    • Thunder dmg%: is it just me, or should a level TWENTY SIX ing not be the best option for thunder dmg besides cursed wings? (not counting ocea, because that’s rainbow, and is getting buffed also so that’s cool.)

    • Deep ice core buff soon, sure, but viking stone being second best does not sit that well with me considering that deep ice will be like over 3x better. (also 53 levels above, and nothing in between)

    • Air dmg%: mm yes level 25 ing being the second best option…

    • Mana regen: can we kill bottled yet please,,.,

    • Mana steal: LEVEL EIGHT. 8!! wtf why is the second best option a level 8 ing?? Also on another note this is super op ing on level… also also only -60 dura and no req so it’s probably worth using over enhanced dynamics endgame.

    • HPR%: braveheart is much too good. With the hpr changes it should be really op.

    • HPR raw: why is the best ing the one that is supposed to be a heavy melee focus??

    • Loot bonus: idk, glimmering coin is just a bit too good imo. Walk speed AND loot bonus, which inturn allows you to use the ancient coin accessories for even more loot bonus. Also, super low dura cause it’s a low level ing (haha yes level 26 ingredient best endgame option.,.,,,) the hpr doesn’t do that much either tbh.

    • Stealing: one ingredient… and it sucks too…

    • Poison: uh, i guess pathfinding is decent but it also has a lot of melee%, which lowers possible poison potential, and the next best is sludge parasite, which is a T0, and has like half the poison.

    • Exploding: gunk is cool, but not really a good option because high reqs and dura. Next (and only other) is fuming lava rock, which is terrible for explo and is also level 23, unlike gunk which is 103.

    • Life steal: i played around with some crafteds, and i couldn’t even get over 400ls while having under 100 def req. Compare this to say, soulflare/conrupt, which both have way lower reqs and actually have other utility, which my crafted lacked. With demonic blood being second best ing with LESS THAN HALF the ls of the top one, which is post processing, (WHICH MIND YOU HAS HPR% AS A MAIN STAT), it annoys me.

    • Tiers: black hole isn’t very good (75 dex req go brr), and ironwood chip flip kills your damage cuz yaknow -36%melee. Unless you’re cancelstacking, but that shouldn’t have to be the case.

    • Walkspeed: the difference between vile stone and mapping module is uh pretty large to say the least. Anyway there should and inbetween imo.

    • Dexterity: best ing is a… wait for it… LEVEL FIFTY WITH 3-5 DEXTERITY. idk about you, but that is absolute garbage.

    • Intelligence: world illuminator is better than the dex situation, but barely. Compare this to strength, or even just intel on tailoring, and you can see why this is still really bad.

    • Defense: I don't feel right with limestone core being the best ing at all. 6-8 def is alright i guess, but it’s a level 37 ing. Soft silk is also the second best option and is an rngfest.

    • Agility: soft silk is the only ingredient?? Tf?? It’s not THAT bad i guess but it’s not even pure agi, it’s half defense. Also I feel like it got somehow missed when they scaled durability?? -38 at level 62? AND it’s t2?????

    • Thunder defense%: panda king best option and yellow wool is ONLY other one, lmao. Nothing more to say.

    • Rainbow dmg%: yea ocea sucks but buff will hopefully help it into viability.
    • Raw melee: I couldn’t even get 500 raw with a reasonable dura/dex req. Toxxo ripper is ok, but being balanced for cooking and probably more around ws than raw, the best I could do was 370ish raw with 102 agi. Maybe add another ing with -tier +raw so we can replicate more of existing items, rather than no penalty but garbo raw?

    • Thunder dmg%: see armoring section. More on that though, mangled is basically better for almost any situation where you want thunder, because the req is way less harsh and so is the dura.

    • Water dmg%: also see armoring section. Anyway, it’d be nice to have a water damage option that doesn’t include int or spell%, maybe some raw and water% together too would be nice to see. Viking stone is nice though, I'll give it that.

    • Air dmg%: also also see armoring… Shattered memory shard is nice and all, a little rng heavy in the damage department but it really shouldn’t be like the only other option besides pegasus.

    • Mana regen: bottled fairy nerf when. Also familiar essence still seems too good imo.

    • Mana steal: ok, so ritual catalyst seems a little too good in my opinion, more on that later. Portal rift is pretty cool, but I’ve said this before and I always will: please don’t make air revolve around mana steal, I highly prefer mana regen in air builds.

    • Hpr%: I don’t particularly like sky snail being the catch all meme tanking ing (hpr, thorns, reflection), especially considering it’s literally a t1. Relic of the past is not a very close second, and guess what? i t s l e v e l 1 5. Another option, please.

    • Hpr raw: ironwood sucks, and glow bulb honestly isn’t that worth it although it does have quite a lot. -160 dura, 35 def req, -12 melee%...

    • Stealing: see armoring. Lockpicking kit is meh at best, and relying on it is not good cause woohoo rng. Also it’s literally the only option lmao

    • Poison: wtf a level 91 TIER ZERO is the best option?? Df? Demonic is meh at best, and those are the only 2 options. More actual good ings please.

    • Exploding: NONEXISTENT?? why. pls fix asap.

    • Tiers: see armoring, not really much more to say on this.

    • Strength: t3 level 66 ing is the best option. (and its main stat is melee%). Better ings, please.

    • Dexterity: yikes. Level 86 t2, and guess what? ONE TO FIVE DEX. actual skill point ings when????

    • Defense: green foot is actually not that bad, since it’s a t1 the reqs & dura aren’t very harsh. It has a lot of hp too. Better defense sp ing would be nice overall though. Like something that at least has a possibility to hit 10.

    • Air defense%: relevant options are pretty damn harsh req and dura wise, and panda is rainbow. Something similar to yeti fur/larbonic but higher level/for air would be nice.

    • Flip potential: plasteel doesn’t really see that much use imo, but i dunno if that’s from it being bad or not much relevant stuff to flip. A buff/more cool stuff to flip would be appreciated.

    • Rainbow dmg%: be nice if it existed, yaknow…
    • Spell dmg%: see ritual catalyst complaint. Otherwise pretty decent spread.

    • Raw spell: as said before, a raw spell option that isn’t cluttered with mana regen or other damages would be nice.

    • Raw melee: now that I look back at it, I’m not completely sure why I marked it yellow. However, it seems fine, but this did give me another idea related to crafted attack speeds and this. Also razor sharp is an rngfest. (maybe it’s because serpent’s is way better than the other options?)

    • Earth dmg%: please add another option than galvanic. It’s level 54 AND has like the same amount of fire damage. Ocea excluded for obvious reasons, maroferrous is alright but once again low level, and forgotten is like half raw melee and is t1.

    • Thunder dmg%: Linear is good, but the second best is relic of the future, which is level 15?? Bro… pls more options also shinesting is 37 and quite a bit worse than relic)

    • Water dmg%: Ice core is cool and getting buffed, so there’s that. Viking stone is a bit of a sad second option, only 5-8% water (level 47 t1…).

    • Hpr%: single option, it’s pretty good and all but only one option (besides flipping) is not good. Also mind you even flipping the others is minimum level 100. Lower level options would be nice to see.

    • Hpr raw: glow bulb is decent i guess. Ironwood is not really a good option for hpr, and the third best after that is so bad I'm not even gonna talk about it. More diversity, pls

    • Loot bonus: glimmering coin is a bit op, see armoring. Rabbit’s foot is also an rngfest, and both of these are super low level ings (26 & 37).

    • Stealing: glittering silt only option… and it’s pretty bad (level 31 i guess) anyway OPTIONS PLEASE

    • Thorns: retinal barbs are cool. Other options are pretty nonexistent though, 3-6 thorns level 15 ing is the second best. That should tell you something.

    • Reflection: physics microchip is cool, a bit high agi req to be used purely for reflection though. Elemental is the only other option, and is terrible, so i’d like to see a little more love.

    • Poison: serpent's fang is good, although seems to have a large raw melee focus. Recluse venom sac is the second up, being like a THIRD of the strength. Acidic is decent, but level 60 so is limited by how much poison it has. Basically a higher level acidic is pretty needed imo.

    • Tiers: Fighting stick only option, kinda e. Flipping grav crystal would be decent I guess but that’s at least 2 slots you have to use to flip instead of a positive tier ing which would only be 1.

    • Strength: Contorted stone i think is pretty fine, but stonewalker is the second best and it’s like 3x worse (also level 35 so that’s somewhat deserved). Anyway, a second good option would be nice.

    • Dexterity: electroplasm is actually quite good. However, it’s level 26 wtf (OP?). It’s also the ONLY good dex ing, as razor sharp is a lot more raw melee focused and also is 1-5 which isn’t even close. Higher level, maybe 10-14 dex ing would be nice to see.

    • Agility: both options (there are a total of TWO ings) are absolute garbage. Although they are t1/0, so it’s not really like they need a buff or anything, but they are still terrible and there should be actual relevant options.

    • Thunder defense%: Only possible by flipping, and both options are terrible (of course, they’re both t0 but there should be actual options).

    • Water defense%: elephelk is the only option, which is great and all but there should be another option. (except by flipping hardened mandible, but that’s pretty meh.

    • Fire defense%: melted steel is alright, but it’s t0, as is magmatic. ANY level t1-3 new ing would probably be better.

    • Air defense%: another option besides adamastor’s would be nice, but it’s pretty damn good anyway, and no req.

    • Effectiveness booster: I think there should be another option besides uni horn, something like decaying/doom/lunar whatever because bobs tear is generally not enough to be valid use, borange is not very good, and majors badge is, well, major’s badge.

    • Flip potential: see tailoring about plasteel. Major’s is cool, but kind of niche imo. I could see a plasteel buff maybe.

    • Rainbow defense%: yeah, doesn’t exist.

    • Rainbow dmg%: woo ocea buff soontm.
    • Raw melee: it’d be cool if we had more ings like dark matter. An inbetween for dark and enhanced dynamics would be nice considering dark matter has over double (average) raw melee when used over enhanced.

    • Air dmg%: enhanced physics is cool and good, but the second best is literal trash t0, level 26 like bruh. Anyway tldr another option pls

    • HPR raw: ironwood chip complaints, see earlier sections. Leafy stalk being the only other positive option is pretty garbo though. Maybe a level 90-100 ing, or sub like 65 with decent raw would be appreciated.

    • Loot bonus: already complained about glimmering like 3 times, see above, do ctrl f if you’re lazy and haven’t read about it yet.

    • Stealing: see weaponsmithing, glittering silt is the only ing. Kinda wack.

    • Thorns: retinal barbs is great and all, but elemental crystal sucks and it’s the only other option (also barbs is 104)

    • Poison: poison is pretty bad options-wise. Recluse is a t1 level 72 and it’s the best option? Not great.

    • Tiers: see weaponsmithing.

    • Walk speed: although i get that too much ws shouldn’t be on weapons cause they dont lose dura from walking around like armor, having the best option be 5-8 and the second best being a level 25 2-6 with a dex req is pretty bad. I’d suggest an in between and/or a slight vile stone buff, maybe just 1%.

    • Strength: gunkfueled is cool and all, but cracked geode being second best, a level 24 t1 with 2-5, is pretty e.

    • Dexterity: electroplasm is quite good (maybe too good tbh?) but a higher level option with like 10-14 dex or something like gunk would be cool, cause broken steel hook is garbage and it’s the second best option.

    • Defense: Maromagnetite is pretty bleh, a better option would be much appreciated. (Retinal is amazing but also level 104 soo)

    • Agility: yikes. Just yikes. Actual good options would be cool lmfao. No further comment needed.

    • Thunder defense%: defiled is pretty great if you ever actually need thunder def, but it being the only option is not something i am happy with.

    • Fire defense%: magmatic skin as a second best is annoying. A high level with like 12-13 fire def or something like that should exist.

    • Air defense%: no positive options exist, so there’s that, and although tbh flipping defiled would probably work pretty well.

    • Rainbow defense%: doesn’t exist, besides flipping insanity star which is hleh.

    • Rainbow dmg%: why is vibrant better in every way than insanity. Oh wait it's probably cause insanity is balanced around jeweling..,, anyway actual option(s) when
    • Spell dmg%: large lapis is too op, even with the upcoming nerfs. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Naval is probably a little too good, although it has a bit of a heavy req so idk.

    • Raw spell: something just feels… off about the options. More pearlescent is alright, i managed to basically create synapse but all int req. I dunno. Frozen ghostly is waay too harsh of a req though imo, with that req it should be bumped in spell dmg. (oh also nerf condensed or else. Waaaaaaaaaaaay too good.)

    • Fire dmg%: really should be a better option besides fuming lava. 2+ options is always good, and fuming lava isn't as good as the top of other ele dmgs.

    • Air dmg%: Be nice if there were 2 more options, since pearl is 16 int req which makes sense cause raw spell but should also not be the only sucky option for air dmg%.

    • Mana regen: eotb buff soonish, so ig that’s ok, but i still would like a functional mr option that isn't super weird like eotb. Altakar seems intent on torturing me here, though, so no hopes up.

    • Mana steal: ok so condensed kinda sucks at being a ms ing, and flipping voidstone is waay too good. Some middle ground perhaps along with a condensed buff (nerf to cond flip, but buff to using it as an ms ing)

    • HPR%: archaic is WAY TOO GOOD. Please nerf. Also another option besides that op one would be cool too.

    • HPR raw: green opal is probably too good tbh. Best accessory non crafted only hits 150, and that’s contrast. Ivory is decent though.

    • Stealing: Stolen pearls are much too good for this purpose. I propose they get only like 3% stealing, maybe like 5% max. Look at any other stealing ingredient- they don’t even come CLOSE (did i mention pearls are also POSITIVE DURA??), and jeweling is SUPPOSED to be lower stats because you can equip 4. “Oh yeah, lemme equip my 658 dura 68% stealing ring/brace/neck real quick so i can get those sweet greed procs”

    • Thorns: does not exist. No more to say.

    • Reflection: another option besides lost talisman would be cool, like maybe 7-8 reflection.

    • Poison: ings kinda suck, easily outclassed by dying lobelia/planet healer/maybe a good roll saundersi. Sure, you can get 1k poison, but that’ll also come with like a str req of 100+ which lobelia and planet don’t have (Also those both have better poison than the crafteds i made) also, please add an actual existent ingredient between plutonium and spider eggs. (155/3 max vs 10/3 max…)

    • Exploding: 3-4 being the max (also on a t1 level 23 with a 15 def req) on an ing is rly sad. Better options, please. Also higher level higher tier preferably lmao

    • Life steal: overheated seems alright, voidstone however as second best is pretty bad. -1 ms is a pretty terrible drawback for only 30-45 ls.

    • Tiers: a balanced +1 tier ing would be great, but is probably quite a feat to make. Vortexian pretty much only sees use through singu tierstack. Dunno how you could make a +1 balanced but it’s pretty needed imo.

    • Strength: what. ,,, uh relevant ing(s) when.

    • Dexterity: Is like 3 dex without any other baggage too much to ask for?

    • Agility: mm yes level 3 ing best possible one in a lot of ways. Nerf it tbh, it’s way too good for its level. Then add a high level one with like 3 agi.

    • Thunder defense%: (not considering angelic) no options. Pls add.

    • Water defense%: a 5-6 option would be appreciated. I’d rather not have angelic be the best.

    • Fire defense%: ok, so this one basically makes me want to rethink what the max eledef% should be per ing. I was going around 6, maybe 7 from looking at the other elements, but this really makes me reconsider. Also maybe a higher level, no hp and way less def req fire def option would be rly nice.

    • Air defense%: kind of the same as fire here. Although this ing is a lot more punishing in my opinion, and the ele def is literally a side ID to the walk speed. Once again, angelic is the second best which annoys me

    • Rainbow defense%: i could see the reqs on angelic being dropped a bit, or the defenses being brought up a bit. (taking the reqs down a notch would also kill some singustack builds though)

    • Rainbow damage%: the reqs should be cut down by like half imo. Either that, or buff the damages, because insanity is pretty bad.
    • Earth dmg%: seems underrepresented. 3-7 is the best option which is kinda sucky compared to all the other elements. Higher level, maybe 7-11 could do well imo.

    • Mana regen: watery aura slap better get nerfed. 6/4 with like 40 intel bruh no effort needed either. Also wtf is haleva plant, it seems extremely good.

    • Mana steal: honestly, most of the ingredients seem way too good lmfao. Energetic slap also needs a nerf too pls. (although looking at the current spread it seems UNDERpowered lmaoo)

    • Health regen%: dried kelp is probably too good after the hpr buff, especially because it has positive dura and is the literally best ing. Probably needs some looking into.

    • XP bonus: so adventurer’s diary kind of reminds me of the wood shavings situation. It’s a bit too good in my opinion for where it is, i’d suggest maybe bringing it down to 5-6 or 4-7 maybe so it’s still good but also add a higher level addition that’s maybe 6-9 or so.

    • Loot bonus: no, thank you. Actual relevant ing options would be appreciated.

    • Stealing: Seems like it was missed. Decent level option with a decent amount of stealing should exist, not this garbage.

    • Poison: hydrofluoric shouldn’t be the only option, as it has an int req and gives water dmg. Something in between would be cool.

    • Life steal: Red crystal dust is fairly bad. More, better, higher level alternatives would help immensely. (also everything below it is completely irrelevant, too)

    • Tiers: i’m not sure whether this should exist, maybe not as it could ruin spell steal builds and such. Maybe better to leave it unfilled.

    • All skill points (besides dexterity): Another selection, since the auras are probably gonna get nerfed, would probably be a good idea.

    • Dexterity: compared to all the other skill points, kaian is way too good. Unless this is supposed to be the kind of base that the other skill points are on, kaian is way too good.

    • Earth defense%: only option is good, but it has a dex req. Another choice for the future, probably is a good idea.

    • Water defense%: compared to the other elements, the best picks here are under par. buff/new ing perhaps?

    • Fire defense%: Now i know “when would you ever use ele defs on purpose” but the only option here is laughably bad. Something mid-high level with relevant amounts compared to other elements is needed.

    • Rainbow defense%: don’t exist, add

    • Dura booster: The gap between infected mass and slime chunk is a little large imo. Level 80s with 130 or so dura would be nice.
    • Raw spell: existn’t. Add.

    • Melee%: should the level 21 ing really be the best option here?

    • Thunder dmg%: i get cooking is supposed to be low power, but 3-5 is kind of sad. Also, it's the only option, and is t1.

    • Water dmg%: also very sad, same case as luxic except slightly worse because rigid fin isn’t actually that good for water damage, so you’re left with squid ink, the t0 level 28.

    • Fire dmg%: black sulphur is actually probably too good with those stats for -370s dura. Infernal seems balanced though.

    • Air dmg%: swooper wing is garbage, and is also the literal only option. Also it’s level 37… even a high level t1/0 should be better.

    • Mana regen: what a fiasco. LMAO “low power long duration” tf?? Gilded has 0 reason to be 2/4, cat food as well, defish is only “balanced” because of how rare it is.

    • Mana steal: doesn’t exist, although based on what i see from mana regen that’s probably a good thing tbfh. Still though, sooner or later it needs to happen.

    • HPR%: why, why WHY. LOW P O W E R?? brave heart is better than EVERY SINGLE OPTION FROM ANY OTHER PROFESSION (EVEN ALCHEMY) (except for armoring, because the ing has a shared profession so it’s equal). The HELL is this. On another note piquant is also too good.

    • XP bonus: dried gill is like alchemy level good. Double horn +4 gills for 12 minutes of over 74 xp bonus. Even just 6 gills is too good, 40 mins of 50+ xp bonus.

    • Loot bonus doesn’t have a ton of use in the current state of the game (optimal can easily be reached even while wearing lq gear), its only purpose is pretty much ing grinding, and even then you should be fine with a couple hundred%. But regardless, blighted is probably too good.

    • Stealing: Stolen seeds are actually probably fine, but they’re the only one to pick and are also t0.

    • Reflection: add, it doesn’t currently exist.

    • Poison: i get cooking is supposed to be low power long buffs but kerasot is still pretty bad regardless. It might be the life steal taking away from potential poison. I don’t really think a long duration 1k poison is too much to ask. New ing might be required for that, but i think it’s reasonable.

    • Tiers: probably the only time an ingredient should exist of this kind is with an extreme dura penalty.

    • Walkspeed: royal cake slice is definitely too good, kind of the same case with a lot of quest ings like familiar essence. Toxxo ripper could probably use a ws decrease as well, maybe just disassociate it from tailoring so it could be rebalanced easier?

    • Soul point regen: not exist.

    • Dexterity: rabbit carcass shouldn’t be the only option.

    • Defense: better option than carcass/ibjub please.

    • Dura: salt is 3x worse than litho, an in between PLEASE.

    • Flip potential: does not exist. Well, i guess you could triple blessed heart but that’s a terrible idea and would probably be really bad result

    • Effectiveness booster: cooking should not have unicorn horn, if anything it should have like coagulated soulmass or like a reversed blessed heart/something.

    • Rainbow defense%: nope.

    • Rainbow dmg%: nein.
    • Raw melee: for being the OP profession, the ings for raw sure suck.

    • All elemental damages (minus water): water dmg’s best ingredient should be around the max for every element, especially in fire/air’s case as their ings are the worst.

    • Mana regen: could probably have a balanced 2/4 tbh, but otherwise it’s alright i guess.

    • XP bonus: weakening catalyst is too good, end of story.

    • Loot bonus: lucky spider egg is the only option. It’s pretty great and all but a loot bonus specific one would be nice.

    • Stealing: once again does not exist

    • Reflection: not good enough, an ing with like 15-20 ref would be nice i think

    • Poison: the difference between fang and herb is uh… quite large. Something to bridge the gap, or at least lean towards the fang side heavily would be really good.

    • Life steal: greatly underpowered. Best is void sample, which is terrible for alchemy cause it’s balanced around JEWELING. Something with like 150ls would probably be cool.

    • Strength & Dexterity: nerf colossal. No more to say. (well actually, we need more strength ingredients and probably a better dex ingredient too)

    • Intelligence: world illuminator is not enough at all. Something with like 15 intel is probably good.

    • Defense: Definitely could be better, 5-6 should not be the best pick. Same case as intel really.

    • Agility: could be better. Smokebomb isn’t good enough imo.

    • Thunder defense%: could definitely use smth better, a quad with 4-5 thunder def is NOT good enough.

    • Flip potential: not very good. Major’s badge is pretty niche, and infected isn't good enough to flip on its own.

    • Rainbow defense%: sealed blaze should probably be buffed.

    • Rainbow dmg%: better option than myconid, or myconid should be buffed. It’s dura may be low but alchemy can’t boost that well

    Bit off topic; since you’ve reviewed most ingredients, which ones would need changes if skill points no longer degraded on armor and accessories and skill points were static on ingredients?

    Even if they didn't degrade, I wouldn't nerf hardly any- when even doing this review I was taking into account only full durability anyway, and actually recommended a lot of buffs. If they were static, for the ones that have probably over 10sp would need tweaking, but this is all assuming that crafted sp doesn't count towards reqs. If it did, most ings would need changes imo.

    mm, probably like 2 weeks or so
    I made the sheet originally for the ingredient discussion months ago, but I had to basically completely revamp it cause new ingredients and views and stuff. I actually made the sheet in less than a week, but it was like 3 weeks ago. The analysis took like 2 weeks because I lacked motivation, I did most of the actual work in probably 4-5 days
