World Hawkeye Nerf

    Yep, I said it. The Hawkeye major ID needs a nerf. Let me explain.

    Why:
    The Hawkeye arrow storm is largely better than bomb arrow, but falls short in some aspects, such as only doing single target damage, being harder to aim, and sometimes backfiring against enemies with negative knockback. However, this is offset by its far superior damage and lower mana cost.

    How:
    The weaknesses of Hawkeye are reasonable, and don’t need any changing. Its strengths are what need altering, and because there are 2 main strengths, there are 2 ways to go about it.
    1: Lowering the damage. Currently, the Hawkeye arrow storm deals 600% total damage. Since it’s the same cost as the standard arrow storm, it should be doing the same or less damage. I propose 450% damage, the same as standard arrow storm. This could definitely change, but any less than 300% and it would be useless compared to bomb arrow.
    2: Increasing the cost. Currently, the Hawkeye arrow storm costs the same as standard (6 mana). I propose increasing the spell cost by 2 for items with Hawkeye, meaning the cost is the same as bomb (8 mana). This would make Hawkeye more of a sidegrade compared to bomb, exchanging damage for ease of use.

    So, that is why and how Hawkeye should be nerfed. Please comment below if you have anything to say.

    Honestly, it should look similar to pure (+1 spell cost, maybe 6-8 arrows instead of 5, and some negative spell dmg % to put it on par with pure's relative dmg) since pure is pretty balanced and is a similar super-spell-spam wand.

    They're reducing the velocity of the arrows and the damage I believe, which should be a significant nerf to sniping with arrow storm.
