    Pretty sure normal mobs don't have base defence so yes only for players. ( speaking about defence % that you get through skill points not elemental defences )

    I think is a no brainier.
    It seems really dumb when you have 80% reduced damage but a toxo can still do 50k+ when with that def it should only be doing 10k
