Separate Jukebox From /toggle Music

    (for VIP+ and HERO)

    Currently, you can't play jukebox when /toggle music is off.
    I suggest to separate it so you can listen only to music you choose.

    Another thing is that environment music sometimes overrides the music you chose

    You can just mute music and keep jukebox tho

    I've had instances of both the /jukebox music and the regular music playing over each other. I'd like for this to be added.
