World Bank Sharing Across Profiles Is So Annoying

Title says it. Bank sharing across profiles is so annoying as you cant restart completely. Just wanted to come to back to Wynncraft after many months but I can't because I would have to delete all my old progress. There should be two different banks. One general bank that is separate. And one bank where you can only store items in for like 3 days or something to use to transfer stuff across classes.
In my opinion, sharing banks kinda defeats the purpose of having different classes which different skills as there all still connected in a way.

 

I agree it could be better, but in order for it to be better the staff need YOUR detailed explanation of what could be done, and how it would work.

 

Whats stopping you from not using the items? If you want to restart completely throw everything away.

You don't HAVE to use anything in your bank. If you want a true new-class experience just don't use anything from your bank.

 

That's like saying having both a hammer and a screwdriver is useless because both can be put in the same toolbag. The fact that two things are linked in some way doesn't in any way diminish their capacity to be useful and unique of their own right. I personally really like being able to put in an item that I might use on a build for any class, and not have to worry about where it's stored when I need it. That would be a much bigger hassle when I try to make or update a build. If you want a totally fresh start, just use an empty page or two for the new class.

banks being shared is a highly useful feature, having a bank for each class forcing the use of a transfer bank is convulsed and unnecessary. I don't see the problem you're having with a shared bank.

 

a) Throw all items out or sell them
b) Do not use it.
c) Have one or more pages per character

Still, I do get your point, and when I got back to Wynncraft and started properly playing about 1,5-2 years ago, I did have to delete all my progress for the same reason.

It doesn't defeat the purpose of different classes, all the classes are YOUR classes, and all the items are yours and theirs. You can always just reserve 1-3 bank pages for only one class to use until endgame, as others have already said.

Yes but because the stuff from your other classes is in your bank, it takes up space you might want to use

 

Yeah that bothers me too, mostly quest items, those being the only ones you can't get rid of. I assume thats what the OP was mainly referring to.

 

IF they won't be useful anymore, just fill your inventory with emeralds and drop it.
