Now lately i used wynndata to check how strong crafted items can be, and the answer is overpowered. As you can see in the images down I can make armor peace with 10k hp, 30 defense buff with 300 durability. I think the reason you can make things like that is that ingredients of hp bonus giving high amount of hp and have low durability cost/stat min what lets you spam them. Now to the question, is the durability balance this armor pieces? or it or is it really overpowered? well tank builds maybe with 300-400 durability it'll be ok, and if you make agility base version it be perfect for shaman or archer, so yes it is overpowered and needs to be nerf.

by the way can someone explain to me why i cant do links until ill do 10 posts and what connection this has to spam?

It has something to do with bots advertising things on forums I think. This prevents those advertisements.

    In defense of crafted items:
tank builds with 300-400 durability honestly will still suffer through their durability if they get surrounded a few times in a boss fight. Every hit takes away a bit of durability and this -18 to -38% walk speed on these items will guarentee you're gonna get hit by hordes of mobs if there are hordes of mobs. (Which there are in both LI and EO, the main endgame challenges RN.)

Now, let's compare these items to crusade sabatons, since that's the item most like the ones you created.

Let's see where they are better with max ids.
    Crusade:
    40% HR
    20 STR
    46% Thorns
17% walk speed (17% less negative than yours have.)
160 spell damage (yours have -160 spell damage)
    125 earth defense
    200 fire defense
    39% earth defense
    26% fire defense.

    Your boots:
    1470 Health
    20% main attack damage
    24 strength requirement
    4 defense requirement

It might be that I value thorns and elemental defense more than most, but if I've already got that much HP I'd prefer that and the walk speed over 1470 health and 20% main attack damage. It's also important to note that the 20 STR between 60 and 80 strength gives over 10% extra damage.

    crusade:
    40% HR
    20 STR
    30 DEF
18 INT (but only if you use int, so let's ignore this one.)
    46% thorns
    8% walk speed
    140 Spell damage
    125 earth defense
    200 fire defense
    39% earth defense
    26% fire defense.

    your chestplate:
    2410 HP
    17% main attack damage
    28 STR requirement
    4 DEF requirement

I honestly don't know which is better and I'm personally a sucker for cactus, skill points and elemental defense. Which means that most people probably would prefer your chestplate.

You have to admit that there are scenarios where you'd prefer the sabatons though and let's not forget that as you lose durability, you'll also lose that health bonus and in a tanky build you will get hit and you will get swarmed, each of those hits will eat away at your durability.

I do agree that crafteds are very powerful btw. I had to pick one of the best non-crafted armor pieces out there to do this and still came in your favor for the chestplate. But I don't think that they should be nerfed as they are. The reason defensive ingredients can have so 'much' durability is because you tank with them. 400 durability on a purely defensive item is much worse than 100 durability on a purely offensive item.

I don't think crafted items should be nerfed. Crafted items are generally wayyyy harder to get than regular items since buying ingredients and mats can take some time. Using t3 mats can also be really pricey and ingredients can boost the price to 32LE+ easily.
