Queue System:

Tired of constantly clicking a specific world hoping you will eventually?
Wish there was an easier world to join full worlds that have XP bombs and CUR parties?

Introducing the World Queue System

Simply choose between the left-click and right-click selection when joining a world. For example, left-click to join the world/attempt to join the world and right-click to join the queue to join the world.

You are also able to change a setting to automatically add you to a queue to join a world if it is full, and if you join a different world, it will automatically remove you from the previous queue. You are only able to join a queue for 1 world at a time to remove mix ups.

This will dramatically increase the assurance and efficiency when joining worlds. Players will know their exact place in the queue, for example whenever you are in a queue and someone leaves, you go one space higher in the queue.

For example, *Salted left WC27* <--- just for info (wouldn't actually say that). "You are now 7th in the queue" or "You are now Number 7 in the queue" (something along those lines).

I personally, and many others would like this feature implemented if possible.

I think this is cool but I feel like this would just encourage people to click it then afk until they get in rather than people who want in can keep trying to eventually get in (which yes, is frustrating but also means people who want in can work to try)

Its is kinda better then getting frustrated if you have bad wifi, because if you are trying to get into a server, the only thing you do is click on that server over and over again and not much different from afking (note this is directed towards people with bad wifi). You could implement a timer to comfirm your queue every so and then if you are waiting. To snipe out any afkers, and even if they decide to check wynncraft to comfirm, at least it shows that they are making an commitment.

 

What about when you are #1, #5 and #10 in the queue you get a message where you have to type something like /queue confirm, you got 15 seconds for this and if you don't do it you get kicked.

 

The timer doesn't have to be 10-15 second, it can be up to a minute or something just a reasonable amount of time.

 

Honestly with this the idea is just what would work

 

I was about to make a similar post. As I've wasted way to much time trying to join a server. I don't have any problem waiting for a spot. In it's current state you can't do anything else while trying to join because you need to pay attention constantly.
This would be a huge QoL improvement for me.
