    Why give it two weapons for the sake of giving it two and using the offhand? Just give it one. In one slot. Make the pair one item.

    This class is going to be insanely dependent on player CPS (which is obviously a bad thing for game design). The spells are okay thematically, but they'll be a nightmare to implement and your numbers are absolutely overpowered. Can't wait to double the usual tierstack DPS...

    It was basically meant to be a JoJo reference if Flurry wasn't obvious enough... ah well, I'm scrapping this from here on out.
