    We can't really get a fifth spell on classes, because we've used up all the click combos. A fourth level would be possible, but it would still be the same spell, and wouldn't offer a fundamentally different playstyle. This is why swapping out spells would probably work the best, and to make it balanced. we could get the spells as we level.

    Oh, this is still alive. Maybe as a compromise/testing situation, they could make it where we can edit/work with the elements of the classes' main damage spell. (Meteor.... Shit I only play Mage :O) And the others. To see if players enjoy
    1. Being able to make their spells do different damage types
    2. If it's even reasonable/possible
    3. If players enjoy it or not.

    I go back to my first thing, spells for spells isn't a good thing, throwing more things at the players and screaming, "WORRY ABOUT IT!" won't be helpful to them. Hell I had the hardest time with trying to get builds up because people would go "LUL, DoN't WoRrY aBoUt BuIlDs TiLl LeVeL oNe HuNdReD." So I had to do a lot of shit on my own and then make a thread about it, which the Turtle man was kind enough to share a mage build. I feel like the same elitist prick ideology will follow with More, "LUL, don't worry about your spell choice till lvl 100! It doesn't matter till then!"

    I still like the idea as a whole when it comes to giving more to players, but we also need a way to teach players about it, how to use it, and what it is good for. So if we go with the compromise: (More for testing than for live servers) we could see electrical balls falling from the sky that make pools of water. That'd be pretty neato imo.

    If a system could be designed so we could have basic spells (What we have now) and complex spells (four/five input keys), then more spells that achieve new things would be smashing. I'd assume we'd swap what set of spells we're using by Double shifting or crouching, tapping twice moving you into the four key set of spells and so on. Could help make the classes more interesting or changing R-R-R (L-L-L For Ranger/Hunter) to switch, giving using six spells instead of four. Eh, I've thought about it a bit but not too much.

    Edit: When one no sees we can get options to get more spell buttons ;-;

    What if before making new stuff we balance what we already have

    From personal experience from messing with this kind of concept, this is very much-so viable. Switching out spells for others is an excellent idea. Perhaps each spell slot can only harbor certain spell types, like RRR is still only limited to movement spells. Better yet, perhaps you could switch around the spell types so perhaps your RLR spells are now in your RLL slot or something? Would help with spamming spells, as I would love to constant spam RRR to cast Spin Attack.
    That isn't to say this would require some re-balancing. The spells you can use would probably have to suit certain playstyles. As of right now, I feel like most class abilities all support multiple playstyles. Perhaps creating spells that alone are okish, but you can mix and match together to create "spell builds," would be awesome to see.

    Yeah, that makes sense. I didn't realize the limit that the mouse buttons (or maybe it's the length but imagine having four long spells) had before writing my reply.
