World World Restart And Chest Cooldown [13sup]

Hello! When you switch servers your chest cooldown gets activated so you cant spam open chests by switching servers. It triggers because you chose to switch servers. When you are in a server, then that restarts you also get chest cooldown. This should not happen, because you didnt choose to leave the server, the server did. So if it wouldnt start the cooldown, you could continue your now butchered lootrun, at least without waiting 20 minutes for a t4 chest. Do you agree? If not please explain why!

 

You could purposely wait until one minute left on the server then open a T4 chest, it would be easy to abuse although I understand your frustration. It is annoying, cooldown should be less but should still be there

 

I feel like the cool own should be chest specific; switching servers would have no effect. This couldn't be abused (especially if the chests were client side) in any way I can see as loot runs would have the same cooldown if you tried to go back over places you've already looted.

 

To be fair, the whole lootrun&chest system should get a rework to be more rewarding &less grindy imo

I said "no" because it gets cool downed because people can just server hop and get millions of items in 5 minutes. It's too op if you can just hop server to server being able to instantly open loot chests.
Say there's a Tier IV loot chest. A player can just loot that chest, server hop, instantly open the chest again, then server hop, then open the chest again, then server hop, then keeps going, and they would have loads of good items and mythics by only server hopping. Though this sounds good, there's a cool down for a reason.

 

Im saying, that you would only get excluded from the cooldown, if u are in a world that restarts. Maybe they could make it so, that if you have been in a world for [default_cooldown] minutes, then, and only then, you get the cooldown "immunity", when it restarts. That would circumwent "server-hopping". Its just annoying that my lootrun gets cut in half, because the server is restarting, and i have to wait 20+ minutes in the worst case.
