Please Fix The Server

Ok, I know you guys are trying to make the server less laggy in EU but please, like please hurry. The server is great but the lag kills the experiences. It's hard to play the game when the game freezes and when it unfreezes I got 1 shot by mobs. Honestly, I wouldn't mind you guys are testing the NA server right now, it's better to play in a testing server than what I'm playing right now.

Quiet fool, they can easily fix it. They probably just need to upgrade their GRAPHICS CARD or something, easily fixed. Or they just ban random players below level 90 to decrease the player count and therefore decrease lag! Pretty simple stuff smh

 

Hi there,

This is a process which takes time and must be done well in order for the network to be stable after an upgrade. We have had trouble with our host in the past but as of late, our network has been noticeably over-stressed. As of two days ago, we upgraded our EU hardware and it is significantly better from a performance standpoint.

I can assure you that our network developers (which includes Jumla, the man himself is working very hard) are all working extremely hard as we speak to get NA hardware upgraded as soon as possible.

I am moving this thread to feedback instead of general suggestions.

 

Is there an ETA as to when the NA servers would receive their upgrades?
