Well form me lootrunning like crazy for the last week for mythic.... well I run across other people, a lot more, even with lootrunner discord telling where (that does help ngl)
Also what if you don’t know the chest is looted, you opened and saw almost nothing, in a t3-4 chest.
What if the higher tier chest only emits particle when they were untouched for a specific time (eg.15 mins ) and by toggling particle it’s just on-off particle, not hard compared to more particle as time goes on like other suggestions that have been suggested.

Great idea! Maybe if a player opens a chest but only loots some items, the loot chest stays but with slightly less items.

E.g. If I only take 20% of the items from a full loot chest, it remember how much it had before closing, 80%, and refills over time like normal.

That would be a whole lotta coding to do and the reason ppl don’t take loot bc it takes inventory space
Which is super limited in a hour run

I'd make it emit the same particles as a t1/2 chest before that mark, just to show that it's a loot chest.

Lots of code is not a reason to ignore the idea. Also not taking loot supports my idea... So I'm confused...

It would take too much memory to remember all the items. Its not a problem of coding, but its a problem of memory if they were to do that. Although if its possible, i would totally welcome it.

I don't know how they calculate how many items to put in a chest but it's probably only a few numbers, maybe just time. All I want them to do is not start the timer from 0 if the loot chest isn't empty.

Why not just use different particle effects?
    Smoke- Below 5 minutes
    Villager Angry- 5 minutes
    White Firework- 10 minutes
    Yellow Firework- 15 minutes
    Fire Particle- 20 minutes
