I believe that adding archetypes of classes (for example, D&D's Thief archetype of the Rogue class) would be a good way to further diversify the playerbase, it would take a fair amount of work and thinking to make them, I do have an idea or two already. For example, a Poison-based Shaman archetype and an Ice-based Wizard archetype.

these already exist in the form of builds, it's just that you aren't forced in to an arbitrary prefixes.

To elaborate, by "archetypes" I meant sets of extra skills, which you could choose once you have all the skills for the base class.

what'd be the point of making an archetypes system for this, it'd be the most fun if the players got to build around skills they could freely choose rather than essentially just pushing the existing skill problems further down the line. would it really be that more interesting if your shaman had a few poison abilities that you'll always get when going with a shaman poison archetype? you can't really stray from the designers intentions to make your own playstyle, so this would just add more quantity over quality.

I honestly just feel like they should make more spell changing Major IDs, for example, Hawkeye. It's considered really good for some people, bad for some other people. I feel like Major IDs should be more like a playstyle change rather than something that is completely useless, (I'm looking at you, Magnet), I don't feel like Major IDs are put to its fullest potential, it's pretty obvious, I feel like Wynn should have more of a build your own playstyle type of thing to it. might be just me x3

No, this isn't necessary, you build your own playstyle, also elemental archetypes would be terrible as the game differs in elements all the time, so no
