A Transmog System

I have played Wynncraft a lot
I played on 2 other accounts, each with about 50 hours in them. I have also played other MMOs like WoW.
WoW has a system where you can make your gear with stats that you like, look like another piece of gear with an appearance that you like, and I think it would be cool if this was feature, maybe for ranks or something.
Here is the basic idea:
There will be a Transmog vendor where you can go talk to.
You can choose an Item that you want to have changed into another items appearance. Say, I like my Chakram’s stats, but I don’t like the appearance, I will go to the vendor to change the Chakram’s appearance to something else, Like Bob’s Mythic Daggers
I then pay a sum of money, maybe 100 emeralds or something depending on the rarity of the weapon.
Note: The Weapon’s Stats are not affected in any way, it will keep its stats and name, but have another weapon’s appearance. Also, if you don’t want level 3s running around with a weapon that looks like Bob’s Mythic Bow, then make it to where you have to have met the required level on that character, and have to be the required class on that character, in order to even transmog the weapon
There is already a system similar to this with the gear skin system, with the skins you get from crates, so I think adding this shouldn’t be much harder.

i mean... why? gear skins are far better than most already in game skins, and an items appearance is correlated with its stats and playstyle
