As you can read in the title, this is just a quality of life suggestion. If it has been suggested before, feel free to tell me.

As you know, Wynncraft has an awesome live-map that shows where you and your friends are located.
Ingame however, the map is quite hard to access. To change that, I suggest the /map-command.

    The Command
If you enter /map in the chat, you will receive a text that says "Click here to open the Wynncraft live map!"
    cmd_ (2).png
The text obviously contains a click event, which opens the Wynncraft map in your browser.
    /tellraw @p ["",{"text":"Click here ","bold":true,"color":"gold","clickEvent":{"action":"open_url","value":"https://map.wynncraft.com/"}},{"text":"to open the Wynncraft live map!","color":"yellow","clickEvent":{"action":"open_url","value":"https://map.wynncraft.com/"}}]

    But why?
Opening the map the old-fashioned way requires you to tab out of your game, which is a) inconvenient and b) you sometimes end up dying to mobs. Therefore, being implemented very easily, the /map-command would be extremely helpful for all folks relying on it (like me, hi.) as a little quality-of-life improvement.

You can use a mod like Wynntills to get a minimap, also, you do have to tab out to open said link.

That's correct, but not everyone wants to/is able to use said modifications.

That or you could be prepared, have it ready before hand so all you need to do is alt tab. Not only that, when you do use the /map command, it's going to alt tab either way.

Personally I think everyone should just use wynntils, makes life much easier. However, before I got wynntils I just used my second monitor for the map (even a laptop next to pc will work) and it was pretty easy to navigate.

Thanks for the feedback, I may have been a little bit unclear about the tabbing-out thing.
Yes, by clicking the command you also have to tab out. My point is that it saves you a little bit of time, because clicking a text ingame is way faster than opening your browser and entering the URL.

Maybe so, but this is kind of a pointless addition. If you really need to use a map, get it ready before you start travelling, not when you get lost. If you do get lost and the map isn't up, sit up ontop of a tree or in a spot where mobs cant kill you and open it up. Not only that, you can do /class and get it up whilst you're in the /class menu.

I wouldn't say that it's pointless. As I said, it's just a little QoL addition which wouldn't hurt anyone if it was implemented.
