This thread consists of two suggestions. That's it for the introduction. Here ya' go.

    Suggestion #1: Adding Challenges
When a new challenge mode (Ex: Hardcore, Hunted, etc.) is added to the game, instead of forcing the player to create a new class to do the challenge, allow the player to add a challenge.

Adding a challenge will reset the players progress for that class, but they will have double Combat XP (Quests AND mobs), and double Crafted XP until they reach the original level again. If I level an HIC (Hardcore, Ironman and Craftsman Challenges) to level 50, and then add Hunted to it, I'll be set to level 1, no items, no quests completed, etc. This will require a serious confirmation. Until I'm level 50, I'll receive double combat XP from mobs AND quests, and double gathering and crafting XP (bonus crafting speed would also be lovely).

Obviously any XP being contributed to the guild shouldn't exceed the original total, so this can't be abused to level guilds quickly. Player thrown bombs will only further increase the bonus EXP, so adding a challenge and having double XP will lead to triple XP, and double XP bomb on double XP weekend with added challenge gives quadruple XP.

This will allow new players to add challenges to do the challenges on their existing accounts. It's a goal for several to level up a class with all challenges, and a new challenge coming out basically destroys all of their progress. I think it would be best to make it so the bonus XP is greater the more challenges you had. Perhaps you could gain an extra 100% XP per challenge you had. So if I had an HIC that I changed to an HHIC, I would have 300% XP bonus as opposed to 100% if I only had Hardcore mode or something. Just a thought.

TL;DR Make it so you can add a challenge to an existing class for temporary bonus experience.

    Suggestion #2: Endgame Challenge Disabling
When you reach max level on a class, the challenges are disabled. I would argue that the majority of the challenge of each of the, well... challenges, is the leveling process. Once you've made it to level 105 (or perhaps it should be 106?), you're essentially done. Obviously you should maintain your chat prefixes, but the actual limitations of the challenges should be removed in my opinion.

Several players have expressed frustrations over getting a mythic on a class and not being able to use or transfer it and whatnot. This is one solution to that problem. Once these classes are fully leveled they're essentially just trophies, so I feel like it would be more fun and beneficial to the player to be able to continue using the class without worry once it's "completed" and still have it as a trophy.

It should be optional whether or not this happens, and perhaps it could be changed freely at any time. One potential problem I could see is with the level cap rising. Perhaps a raise in level cap would lead to the challenges getting re-enabled, or perhaps not. This is up to the admins.

TL;DR When you hit max level with challenges, you should have the option to disable the limitations but keep the cosmetic perks.

These are just things I thought of while doing HHIC. Vote in poll and give your thoughts in comments, thanks!

Because by that point you've already completed the challenge. You should be able to show off what you've done, while still being able to relax and just enjoy your accomplishment after having completed it.

The issue with disabling your challenges, is that when new content is added to the game, you now have completely messed up your challenge mode class. Then doing all the new content (as an hic for example), wouldn't actually be legit as you've already disabled all the limitations.
