We Should Get Oce Servers

Bruh we need an OCE server. Playing in Australia during Wynn peak hours... my god. I've been dc-ed for more than 15 times this week just because of the insane ping spikes I get. I can't even connect to the lobby. I've tried restarting my client, router, modem, being the only one using my internet and even rung up my ISP... The lag persists despite whatever I do. This isn't a one-time thing to make it worse.

 

I personally somehow survived the 220ish ping from my home. But during peak hours my client still struggles and get timed out. Ive already got a really good internet. Adding servers in multiple regions could help minimise the whole travelling time from our computers to the Wynncraft network. I personally agree with this but only OCE seems to be a way too small expansion.

I annoyingly get these lag spikes more than I should that delay my game for minutes, my game was once 20 minutes delayed during item bomb party in deltas. It was hell. My game would be fine but the players would be frozen or slightly move and that’s all, then minutes later they all speed up like crazy. Oh and trying connect to the lobby can be so annoying. I could try for 30 minutes to get into a world when it should take less than a minute

 

As I'm from europe and my ping increased from 150-300 (US servers) to 50-150 (EU servers) I think it's only fair that players from australia experience the same thing. +1

I myself haven't experienced any lag on US or EU... But yeah I'm even not from Oceania so all I can really do is agree with you since I know how frustrating it can be having awful ping

 

I live in the US and I get some pretty nasty lag from time to time. I don't even wanna think about what you get in Australia.
