Craftsman classes can't use weapons and armour sold by the dungeon merchants. That is why every dungeon merchant should sell 1 - 3 unique ingredients of 3* (maybe 2*) rarity. This makes getting good ingredients and crafting good items more fun. It also gives a huge incentive to complete dungeons.

I can't buy much from dungeon merchants other than gathering tools with dungeon fragments, which leaves me with lots of dungeon tokens. Ingredients can be bought for 1 - 3 dungeon tokens.

This is a small change and would be a good excuse to introduce more ingredients into a minor update.

Another item the dungeon merchant could sell are materials. This could fundamentally change how we level crafting professions.

    1 dungeon token could buy:
    • 64x - 1-Star Materials
    • 16x - 2-Star Materials
    • 8x - 3-Star Materials
I chose a fairly high number of materials per token because that is the only way players will actually start doing dungeons for materials. Also then doing dungeons could be lucrative. You could sell the materials on the market which would hopefully increase the amount sold and decrease the price, allowing players to buy them cheaply.

Good idea but way too much materials per token. What's the point of gathering if u can have 3 stacks of t1 or 48t2 or 24t3 in one dungeon run ?

EDIT : It is about the one tokens and not the three fragments.

Not hating or anything but I think craftsman already have a lot of incentive to do dungeons due to the availability of higher tier tools inside.

Yeah, my thoughts exactly. Maybe it'd be more fair for like 1 boss token->1 t3 (maybe 2 idk) and like 3 reg tokens->32 t0, 16t1, maybe like 3 or 4 t2
Anyway the numbers are just random thoughts for me rn they'd probably need fixing but overall yeah this is way too op. 24 t3s per run wtf

You get 1 token per run and 3 fragments so that’s just 8 per run. Anyway 8 T3 was just a random number. It should probably be lower for higher level materials.

Yes. I was having the same idea when I was on my HIC. Maybe 1-2 tokens for a T3, and 2-3 fragments for a t2. These costs would obviously get higher at higher level dungeons.
