Additional Changes From The Patch Notes

Throughout the Hero Beta, there are some changes that were either new or different from the original post.

Here are some of the more important ones.

Shaman:
- Haul mana cost gets reduced by 1 for each grade (3 mana at grade 1, 1 mana at grade 3)
- Haul sends you higher when the totem is grounded
- Aura effect moves faster
- Uproot freezes enemies it hits for 1s
- At grade 3, pressing shift while doing the Uproot spell will push mobs instead of pulling them
- Shaman base defence buffed from 40% to 50%
- Casting Aura or Haul when your totem isn't out will not cost mana anymore
- Shaman clone class - Skyseer (Hero rank class), comes with a unique totem model


Archer:
- Storm arrow damage per arrow increased from 8% to 10%

Assassin
- Vanish bonus damage increased from 70% to 80%

Warrior
- Inverted uppercut jump effect. Uppercut without pressing shift will keep you grounded. Uppercut with pressing shift will launch you up in the air.

Gathering:
- Having low durability on your tool will not affect the gathering speed anymore
- When reaching 0 tool durability, your refining chance will go to 0%
- Tools now have lower max durability at lower tiers, and higher max durability at higher tiers
- Decreased repairing cost

Items/Identifications:
- Skill Points are now fixed. They are not affected by identification roll, and will never change.

- Most non-rainbow items will be getting a buff in skill points as a compensation that this change will break many builds.

- Made legendary "IDing + selling" less of a loss, (on average at level 100, you'll lose only 12 emeralds instead of 30)
- Increased Crafted Items selling price

Miscellaneous
- To trigger Hunted mode, you now need to hold shift + right-click your soul points

 

The Almuj wall was also remade if anyone noticed.

 

Wait, the skill points on all items are no fixed ? what does that means ?

 

Items with skill point bonuses do not have random rolls on those bonuses. Every third eye will have 12 intelligence, for example, rather than being randomly rolled like its other identifications.

I say remove damage bonus while vanished and just yeet it back to it's old state before weathered becomes best mythic. CATA FOREVER!!!

there are none and i dont think i wanna.
my build was mildly broken before and now i wont be able to use a single item in it lmao, im gonna cry when i see my capri
bunch of le wasted on getting good items for builds seems nice now that they're changing everything

I don’t disagree with this notion, however, I can see why some people are upset about this. The gavel update came out 4 years ago, and the most dedicated players who have been playing for that long have tolerated this annoyance for all that time. Pretty sure that said dedicated players would rather continue to deal with this nuisance than have all that le go down the drain.

The devs need to think more carefully about what they should and shouldn’t change lmfao

 

As someone who hasn't started 4 years ago I think this is a great change. I have a lot of high/perfect SP stuff and I don't mind as long as their skillpoints are nerfed too hard.

I don't think most people think this is a bad change overall due to how easy getting perfect items could be from now on. It is really frustrating to not have enough of a skillpoint bonus on an item to put on a build (I've been there multiple times) so I think is definitely a positive change.

I just hope skillpoint bonuses don't get nerfed too hard. For example is the highest intel you could get from Third Eye currently is 20, having it go down to 8 in 1.19 would be a pretty fat nerf. It would suck if the CT would use this opportunity to completely nerf all our high SP items into oblivion but apart from that there isn't much room for people to criticise this change.

Only argument I think some people might say is something along the lines of "This would break/negatively impact the economy" although I do think the world would be a better place if 64LE Prisms didn't exist and I don't think it would really negatively effect the economy.

But in general most items that are not rainbow will get a buff in skill points for compensation. Can confirm all blue masks will only have +15 for each Skills now. Libra will be +8 for each Skills. All Capricorn will have +10 intelligence and +9 agility.
