    The locations I am going to state have been ignored and may be good places for a quest or two:

    Ghost ship, Secret goblin town, Bear Zoo, Mage island and many other islands with nothing really in them maybe just 1 quest or none

    What about tree island? It's a beautiful island near gavel with 1 tree and plenty of wildlife, and a useless world event
