    With the new update coming soon, I thought I'd make a list of some Quality of Life suggestion that I think would really improve Wynncraft - obviously, this is just my opinion.

    1. Better checkpoint/respawn systems. Die in a quest - spawn in Ternaves or Lusuco?! This has been a problem for a long time and hopefully it'll be changed one day.

    2. Client-side loot chests. This would mean that people can't steal or camp loot chests. Plus it removes the annoyance of completing a mini-puzzle or parkour to get a chest and finding that someone beat you to it!

    3. More ingredients. Specifically for scribing, cooking and jewelling. I recently levelled all my professions up to level 90 and these 3 were really difficult to do due to lack of ingredients that were farmable.

    4. Crafting XP boost. Following on from the last point, levelling up crafting is tedious, slow and mostly unrewarding. At least if there was a huge boost to crafting xp, it wouldn't seem like a massive waste of time (To be honest, I think the way the crafting and crafted items work needs an overhaul anyway, but that's for a different thread).

    5. Skippable dialogue. In cutscenes, this would be difficult as there would have to be a way to speed up the whole scene as well, but after levelling up multiple classes, sitting through the same lines of dialogue gets boring :(

    6. Blacksmiths in/outside resource tunnels. Now that tools require constant fixing due to the addition of durability to them, I think that blacksmiths should be added to resource tunnels so that it cuts down the amount of running to towns and back again.

    7. Spell upgrade Tier 4. There is already a thread made by someone about this and it seems like a really great idea. At the moment, the only upgrades you can get after you hit Tier 3 in spells is through better armour or weapons - which halts the natural character progression. (Plus with new higher level content, this really needs to be a thing xD )

    8. Make resource nodes respawn 25% faster. Sitting around waiting for them to respawn is dull and stupid. It's already enough of a time-consuming and tedious task (especially with the upcoming durability addition -_-).

    9. Temple of Legends items need to go. To begin the Temple of Legends, you have to have completed 6 smaller quests. Some of them make sense (Bob's Soul and Mummy's bandage) as they show that you have proven your strength and examined the lore of the game. But why do you need to show him a corrupted potato?! Or some random dude's dead brother's ashes? They just add to more unecessary quest items and don't actually serve any purpose. Remove these items. Remove the requirements for them from ToL - sorted.

    10. Quest helmets. Make the climbing helmet buyable from Ice Nations and make it untradable instead. Also make the Gert Mask purchasable from Gylia Watch after completing the quest (and make it untradable instead). Also do the same with the Helmet of Shimmering Light - make it buyable from the little town in the Realm of Light.

    Oh dear Baby Bovine yes. Especially #2; I'm sick of either having loot chests missing when I go to find them, or feeling like a monster whenever I open one I know someone else is coming for.

    #1 is simple, lusuco happens mostly in the silent expanse and in dernel jungle due to being closer to lusuco than you may think. And ternevas is the global fallback I believe for missing a spawn (if you were to /kill at like 94288482843 100 392948289492 you would likely spawn in ternevas.)

    #2 easy abuse, but also easy preventable.

    #7 sounds good

    #8 you aren’t meant to camp nodes, like ever

    What I mean about the nodes is that there are a lot of node clusters which only have about 6-10 nodes in them. This means that they aren't used for gathering professions as the player would have to wait so long to gather them again after they respawn. This makes them utterly pointless as no-one ever farms from them as there's far superior gathering areas. This could be fixed by either making all node clusters bigger or by just reducing the node respawn time. I prefer the second one.

    I think the giving all the quest items for ToL is to prove that you are a good person, and have helped a bunch of people out.

    (Because Bob was a good person)

    ToL has those item requirements because they were made when no one on the ct had any clue about game design, I wouldn't look too deep in to it

    this will never be removed. Ternevas is the global fallback I believe if no other areas are available, and Lusuco is just close sometimes. Yes, this can be improved on, but there are a lot of weird bugs that could result in this like doing /kill in the map and being put in a quest.

    #2, client sided chests would be abusable

    #3, There are these for jeweling, these for cooking, and these for scribing.

    #4 Happens in 1.19 kind of...

    #5, you have no idea how much CT works and you just want to ignore it all :I

    #6, Balance, tool durability is part of that refineries were removed.

    #7 I want but you need to figure out 20 new upgrades, and another 20 versions with small changes for the reskins

    #8 I think they do now?

    #9 ToL was the ultimate quest pre-gavel, it is meant to require completion of the general story. It also introduces you to CoW.

    #10 sounds good

    This is already planned to be added at some point.
    Salted stated its something he wanted to do but just hasn't gotten around to yet.
    I also want to know whats abusable about them, I can't really think of anything.

    There's a couple of different boost to crafting and gathering xp happening.
    Just in general, early game crafting and gathering gives 40% more xp, late-game gives 20% more.
    Crafting and gathering xp bonus is now also a thing you can get on armor, so.
    Finally, there's a new pvp mode, in which you get 50% more xp from crafting, gathering, and mobs.
