Community Event The (not) Serious Civil War : Hhic Vs Hich

As the changelog mentions, Wynncraft is going to get 'Hunted' gamemode.

On this gamemode, you can kill Jbi...
I mean players can kill each other who have enabled this.

It's also added as challenge gamemodes, and... this caused a problem.


Previously, we were able to call Hardcore/Ironman/Craftsman as 'HIC'.
But now another gamemode 'Hunted' is added, people are having civil war to choose the name between..



HHIC and HICH

So I ask you..

Which one is the better for the 4 gamemodes name??

HICH is the correct answer and anyone who says otherwise is lying:

As you can see, all the selection options for the new gamemodes are presented in the following order: Hardcore, Ironman, Craftsman. There's an empty slot, presumably for Hunted, making HICH the right choice.

however! for saying it HICH > HHIC

I guess we should hurry up and push terror mode so the acronym can unquestionably be HITCH. its flawless. one might even say its hitchless.

 

I would assume that HICH is pronounced the same as hitch.

 

How do you pronounce HICH? Like Hick, or hitch or hihchhchhg

reasoning:
Hardcore, ironman and craftsman are all limiting factors on what you can do. Hardcore: You are not allowed to die. Ironman: You are not allowed to store items and Craftsman: You are not allowed to use non-crafted items. Hunted, however, is not limiting you in the way you play. It only adds a potential danger. Furthermore, hunted has a big positive (gathering and xp bonus) whilst the other three do not have any positive attributes associated with them.

Thus hunted is fundamentally different from the other three and should be its own category, making the only correct choices H HIC or HIC H. But since we don't like our spaces, people will make this either HHIC or HICH.

Now we get into language rules, the order of adjectives goes as follows:

1. Quantity or number
2. Quality or opinion
3. Size
4. Age
5. Shape
6. Color
7. Proper adjective (often nationality, other place of origin, or material)
8. Purpose or qualifier
9. noun

Hardcore would be a proper adjective or a purpose or qualifier (not sure)
Hunted would be purpose
Craftsman would be a noun (since it uses the word man)
and ironman would be a noun for the same reason.

Making a correct order: Hardcore Hunted Ironman Craftsman
But since I've previously established that hunted is a different kind of thing from HIC, it should be before hardcore. Therefore HHIC is the correct option.

is a sound argument but since hunted is the only one of these that gives benefits and also the one that brings forth the most exciting gameplay I'd say there's a real possibility they'll change the order around and make it

i want to point out that the goal of this gamemode is NOT to hunt me i am not the hunted one please spare me i dont want to receive random bomb arrows while playing :(

Well, if we look at the urban dictionary definition of HICH it is "Hope I Could Help", which is much better than the urban dictionary definition of HHIC, which I will not be posting here. On top of that, saying HICH, as a word, not an acronym, would sound different from HIC, while HHIC would sound the same as HIC, so it would be easier to differentiate between HIC and HICH.
