Improved Spell Effects getting added to the game was cool and all but can we see this get put in too?

Looking at these and thinking about how they could work here is what I can say.
I love the idea and I want it in game. I will say the + tier speeds on thunder and air as well as the +2/4 mana regen seem a little to strong. The air one feels a but strong given how much damage air already does especially given it is a defensive class. I feel like the perk should be something more along the lines of speed, sprint, 2nd spell cost would work better. For dexterity maybe just remove the tier and double damage chance and increase the crit multiplier by like 10% or somthing? and for intel I am not too sure I just feel like -mr items like time rift would be a little less impact with this and might need some rebalances. Perhaps some of the new -% spell ids could also be used in the mix but honestly this is one of the best suggestions ive seen on this forum.

 

I'll probably need to familiarize myself with the new ids a bit better before I can properly apply them to the skills, but thanks for reminding me of them! I'll see what I can do to try and balance it out a little.
