World Xp Major Id For Low Level Mythics

Hey guys!

Since 1.19 is about to come out and we will have major ids on some items, it got me thinking... Why not give a major id to low level mythics?

So the thing is, low level items are pretty much worthless, they don't deal enough damage, you can only use them at their level. It's not worth to buy a Pure/Archangel/Az because you know that you can get a better weapon (even a legendary!) after 10 or so levels.
But why are we using low level items, and in what case would it be worth it to buy them for long term?
The answer is: XP bonus.
Pretty much the only valuable id at low level items is xp bonus. Everyone wants to have a Sage and wybel weapons because they allow us to level up the character faster.
So I was wondering... What if low level mythics had an xp major id.

I've got two ideas how could it work:

1) Since the max xp on weapons is 42% (Sage), give these mythics an 50% xp major id. It would work the same way as it's now, we get 50% more xp from dungeons and mobs, but it doesn't affect quests.

2) Another concept, suggested by Money_6: give an xp major id to low level mythics what would affect quests as well. It would be too op to get 50%, so it might be better to have 25% xp major id, but it works for everything.

The following items would get an xp major id: Pure (mage), Archangel (Assassin), Az (Archer), Apocalypse (Warrior)
