General Fever-induced Zephra Shredder Proposal

Let's get a few things straight here. As of October 11, 2019 I am suffering from a stomach virus that comes with an unyielding fever, and it's making me f*cking delirious.
Also, I don't play Wynncraft anymore. I'm about a month and a half clean, and I'm pretty confident that I won't relapse.
However, a very small and possibly very dangerous part of my brain will not stop excessively fixating on one obscure fact. In the two months that the Endgame Overhaul was a thing, three of the four Uth weapons were tweaked. These three weapons were the Alka Cometflinger, the Thrunda Ripsaw, and the Nepta Floodbringer. The Zephra Shredder was the only one that was not changed in any way at all.
So this got me thinking. I didn't question why the Zephra Shredder wasn't changed, because I could already take a wild guess at that. It's a good weapon for a Speed-focused build, and there is a good balance between its strengths and weaknesses. What I did ask myself was this; if the Zephra Shredder had to be changed, what would I want it to look like? Here's the answer I came up with after about five minutes of thought...

Now, as I am obsessed with melee playstyles, I first made a version of the Zephra Shredder that focuses entirely on buffing melee damage:

Then I realized, some people use Spellcasting Warrior builds unironically. Hell, I'm guilty of this myself! So, I made a version of the Zephra Shredder that focuses on buffing spell damage:

And that's it. I didn't make a hybrid version of the Zephra Shredder because that's what it is right now. However, you may have noticed that both the weapons I made have the exact same walk speed buff. I kept this for both weapons because I don't want to ruin it for people who want a good Speed Warrior.
Also, I don't actually have a problem with the current Zephra Shredder. As it is a hybrid weapon, it could probably pair nicely with a build revolving around the Abyss-Imbued Leggings. Or if you wanted to embrace only one of its aspects, you could go for the Boreal-Patterned Crown, the Elysium-Engraved Aegis, or anything that at least partially focuses on Air and Agility.
The thing is, I only formulated these ideas and wrote this spiel because of a compulsion I can't fully explain. If this suggestion is taken seriously, and I'm not implying whether it should or should not be, then I only request that the strengths and weaknesses of my ideas be taken with a grain of salt. I have not tested the real strength of these two weapons in a full build, and I am not 100% sure if the weaknesses are balanced. I just want a rough but tangible documentation of my ideas, and by making this post, I will have that.
