Partially Restore Item Durability On Level Up

When a player levels up (combat level), a part of the durability on items and weapons that are equipped or in the inventory should be restored, similar to how players get all their health and mana back on leveling up.

This would be very useful for players that are grinding. The way the system works now, players need to run back into towns to repeair items quite often. This is especially annoying when the grind spots are quite far away from a town or blacksmith.

In my opinion, restoring a part of the durability on all items in the inventory would be somewhat problematic and easily "abusable" in a way.
However, restoring a part of the durability on only the equipped/held items would be a great way to provide players using crafted items or playing the Craftsman gamemode a better time grinding and leveling up.
