What Are Some Stuff Allowed In Wynncraft

I've heard of WynnUtil but not sure if anything else is allowed

 

Wynntils is allowed, WynnExpansion is allowed.
WynnEnhanced is banned for misusing private information.

 

I would play on 1.12 with this setup (plus optifine from here)
You can use Wynntils, Journeymap works well for a map with waypoints. To use all of these, download forge. I know it is just the word of a weird internet person, but I personally have downloaded it from these sites and did not get infected (plus I ran a Malwarebytes scan before opening it)

Essentially, per the rules, https://forums.wynncraft.com/threads/game-forum-rules.111874/, a mod that gives an advantage over vanilla mc is not allowed.
