World World Reset Timer

So I love how we can see how many players is on each world when choosing which world to join as well as the ability to see how much lag in percentage.

I think it would benefit most of us if your team could have it so worlds would also show how long until it resets.

I've played for over two years and I could not tell you how many times I've joined when the world was less than 5 minutes from reset. I've joined possibly 30+ times to have it less than a minute from resetting.

Simply adding "13m" or "13min" show it has 13 minutes til reset would say "okay what can I do in 13 minutes? Nothing really. Let's go to a different world." Rather than joining with no idea if you have time to do a dungeon or boss fight.

Umm.... The hell is that supposed to mean? I don't care who is currently online. I'm asking to see world reset time from the hub when you use the compass.

 

That's the official API. There's a also moto-bot (on most Wynncraft Discord servers aside from the official one), which shows how long a server has been up for. As of right now, the API only supports showing the order of how old servers are. Server resets aren't very consistent either, seeing as I've seen them restart at 1h30mins and 3h+.

If you don't want to join a world that's about to be reset, consider looking out for emptier worlds (which usually means they're pretty new). Besides, having to go to a new server doesn't take that long, even if you have long loading times.

Doesn't mean I wouldn't like to see something like this, however. I think putting the amount of time until a reset is much harder to do than you think (as I think it's calculated with people online, server length and servers available), but making a server icon a different color when the restart timer has begun should be possible to do. +1 if you add a poll.

 

See that I can agree on. I'm down with changing the color at least. Just some kind of indication to say "Hey don't bother joining this world"
