So, I went into Lost Sanctuary with a legendary Dagur called the divine, which was by far the most powerful weapon of the level, and dropped it into the hole where the dungeon starts. It was impossible to get back and I lost it. Now I am left with a much worse Dagur that does a fraction of the damage and have no chance until I find a new, high level Dagur.

I AM NOT ASKING FOR A REFUND!!

I thought of something to prevent this. 1 slot of your hotbar can be “locked” meaning you cannot drop items that are in that slot. Or, the item it’ can be. This will stop this from happening to anyone else. I see this happen in a lot of servers, so I know it’s possible. Please read and review this suggestion.

But you can lock things in your hot bar I’m pretty sure the command is /itemlock

Another suggestion is a item magnet. I don’t know how this would work though.

Then finally, if you use portals to teleport people, there’s no chance of this happening whatsoever. Yes it would be a little difficult to do, but I know that many of the huge servers already do that and not a teleportation radius (even though radius is cooler, it’s easier to mess up with like I did, and I’m sure many before me too.)

This means less people upset, less asking for refunds, less re-buying from stores, and less rage-quitting.

Again, I’m not asking for it back. That’s on me, and I’ll eventually get it or a better weapon. What matters isn’t that I get something for it, but that others and myself can learn from it to try to stop it from happening again.

Ok. Then that should probably be in the tutorial. Or the command list. I went through that and saw nothing about it. (Suggestive, not mean)

It's pretty clearly shown and explained in /help, amongst all other commands. There's even an occasional tip message informing players of it.

Oh. Well it isn’t in the website’s help and I must’ve missed the tip, that or it hasn’t played while I’m on. I can’t find anything for it on the website, and I thought it would have all of it. Still, learn and improve.

I agree, it should definately be in the tutorial, it's stupid how it isn't and anyone saying it's easy to find it just kidding themselves tbh
