Assassin/Ninja Help Solo Wybel Build?

is there a build that is able to solo orange wybel solo? Looking for a good build in general for all uses

I personally used full morph but with boreal-patterned aegis and omega to beat wybel and it is effective and completely resistant to the upcoming morph set nerf (It's actually more like a buff tbh cause loot bonus and mana regen increase :D). I almost beat cybel in LI as well without sp pots. So use that if your not really motivated to go out and do 20 odd dungeon runs I guess this is an ok option but it is highly generic and boring so idk.

 

7 morph is actually the most affected by the nerf, since you lose a ton of skill points and don't even get the extra mana regen increase.

 

Ah ok, that makes sense I guess. Morph set is still ridiculously op with omega from what I can gather.

 

Eh... using a rainbow set with an item that kills rainbow damages is a little strange. Doesn't even get 4k spins against Wybel/Cybel (since Thunder is nullified).

 

Having used it myself it doesn't feel that weird, omega is a strange weapon for sure but I was also acknowledging the nerf that was coming at the time and I understood that if it could beat nearly anything now it could probably beat anything later, its design was not to be the best at taking down one single enemy, it was the goal that it could take out any enemy and be heavily resistant to that enemy in the process all the while still dealing enough damage. I must mention though that I did have ivory as a secondary weapon for when I wanted to play more defensively but it would only work if the enemy had no resistance against air otherwise I would immediately go back to using omega. I also threw all my remaining sp points into agility and intelligence.

Edit:Also the reason I used omega over slider was because as of the current moment my slider is absolute garbage in everything except walkspeed, if I do get a better one then I will switch out to that but until then i'm staying with omega as my main source of neutral damage, furthermore to get slider you actually need to beat wybel in the first place which is what this thread was asking a build for soo...

@Druser a variation on your build you put on here. I think it’s got higher defenses but just a bit less hp and a bit more damage

Edit: plus I think Wynndata calculates raw spell damage incorrectly. I don’t think it’s effected by multipliers

has some pretty ok LS, very tanky (both def and agi, ws), hpr (can use AoR, hence why i didnt use dfusion necklace), so pretty easy to no-pot... theoretically, that is.

dps isn't too great (meh int, no mr to back up ms, then again there can be minions etc, spins not high) though

negative defenses sort of look like an issue, but i've never been actually one shot by wybel (or cybel for that matter) unless it's a charge stack in 40+ runs

spins don't look too great, but note that you have 12/4 mr and 105 int, meaning you can eat away at cybel's phases super quickly (assuming you can cast fast enough)

can use AoR + ivory in order to achieve pretty cool hpr. rings can also be swapped out for crafted hpr rings if you'd like.

Then how come in game if I have a bow with no neutral damage and I have 490 raw spell it shows up as 490 per hit when I’m doing an arrow storm or something

Found it. In 3-3 motoki says that a visual glitch shows base raw spell damages but the actual damage dealt is affected by the spell multiplier.
