World /party Upgrades

since the release of the party system it hasn't been updated and so I have some ideas for it.

1. party duals
when you are in a party and go in a dual with someone in a party you need to choose if you want a party dual or a normal one, then if you choose for a party dual and the other player accepts the party leaders will get a notice to accept the party dual. when a dual is taking place every player participating needs to be in the area, a 50 block radius. if someone leaves the area, that player will be excluded from the dual with a notice to both the parties. the area itself will be alined with particles like with that of a mob totem. the centerpoint of the 50 block radius is were the dual is accepted.

2. party music
the party leader can if he/she is a vip+ or hero be able to use his juke box menu to get note block music for the entire party to hear.

3. party chat upgrade
have it so that the party chat shows the combat/power level and class when someone talks in the party chat.
