    I'm talking about the extra effect that's added when Archer's spell 'Arrow Shield' reachers tier 3. In all the time, I've been playing with Archer, not a single enemy has been hit by the Arrow Rain. My suggestion is that the amount of arrows falling from the sky should be increased, so that there will be a smaller space between the arrows, therefore actually hitting the enemies on the ground.

    yes buff archer even more. arrow rain is literally an add on to arrow shield. Why buff it?
