Playing On An Alt Because Of A Chargeback Ban

I know that playing on an alt with a ban is illegal, but what if it is a chargeback ban (on a rank)? Because this kind of ban can only profit 1 account, if you later log in the 1st time with an alt. Then you wouldn't have anything to do with the chargeback. I am thinking about buying an alt account to get playing again, but idk if it is allowed or not.

 

This would count as ban evasion, which means that if or when it's found out it's the alt of someone with the chargeback ban, the alt will also be banned. As the rules state:

"Alternate Minecraft accounts are allowed to be used ingame. If one of your accounts breaks a rule they will all receive the same punishment."
"If you are banned, you are not permitted to use an alternate account to continue to play, as this is ban evasion."

Yes, you're getting a new account in order to play because you are banned on the original one. That is considered ban evading.

1st ban, already appealed and it got denied as it is a friend who did the chargeback, unfortunatly I can't buy it myself to get unbanned ;-;
