World Wynncraft: Classic

Hello there!

I just want to preface by saying that I do not mean any hate or disrespect to any new updates done on the server, any of the staff, etc.

If you’re like me, you’ve played Wynncraft since way before Gavel was added. I joined back in 2013, and played until the Gavel update. This was back when Troms was the most difficult city to get to and level 75 was the highest. Honestly, I can’t tell you how much I loved that time. It was more simple and easily understood for new players. If it were still like that, I would still be playing consistently.

This brings me to my point. I don’t know how many more there are like me, and I understand that this is a HUGE longshot, but what do you think about using a separate few servers as “Wynncraft: Classic” servers, back before Gavel was added. There wouldn’t be elemental aspects or any new features. It would just be the classic Wynncraft, back when Troms was the most difficult to city to get to and level 75 was the highest. I understand that fully clean statistics would need to be in place and that progress could not be transferred between the two. However, I can’t tell you how happy something like this would personally make me, and I’m sure others who have similar thoughts would be happy as well.

What are your opinions? Again, I just want to say that I do not mean any disrespect whatsoever. I’d like for there to be peaceful conversing regarding the topic stated.

There’s a lot of suggestions about this, and while I really like the idea and concept of this, I’m afraid to tell you that there’s no possible way to do this. There are no backed up editions of the old worlds, so unfortunately this is impossible.

I'd want this purely for nostalgia purposes, being able to see how Wynncraft was when I first joined V.S. where it is today. I can't tell you how often I see all these new builds and remember how Wynncraft used to be. I still love it right now as it is, but I miss the days where everything was completely new to me.
