    SO BASICALLY MY IDEA

PLAYER HOUSING: Housing has been idea basically since wynncraft came out, and my idea is pretty simple but still complex. So my idea is that in every major city like detlas, troms, cinfras, llevigar, etc... there will be somewhere in the city, typically in front of a nice house and the house not being enter-able, an invisible npc that you right click, and it will ask you if you would like to go into your private house or guild house, type private or guild. And then ask are you sure, yes or no, and then if said yes, you will be teleported to your house. Now that is one idea, the other is simply two separate invisible npcs, one for guild housing and the other for player making it a little easier. Both types of housing are similar in retrospect though. ALSO to have either housing, it will cost certain amount of emeralds to buy on top of the customization fees.

REASONS: The reason for it costing a player to buy the house is because people don't want to be given something so great and expensive, they want to earn it, work hard for it, not just be served it on a silver plate.

With it being in only major cities provides that level of certain difficult, making the player spend time on trying to get to a certain city so they can finally rest in their own home after time spent slaying orcs and grinding dungeons.

THE ACTUAL HOUSE: Its literally just the interior of a house inside a giant cube, simple as that. Every player’s house will be the same at the beginning BUT, the player can add things to it such as an actual bedroom, a small room for an enderchest for a bank, private powder master, etc. but they all cost something to be added and a certain level is required so in example to get a private powder master you must be lvl 75, or for your own bedroom, you must be lvl 25, for a nice furnished living room with fireplace lvl 35, etc.

REASONS: The reason behind level requirements for certain things is because you dont want to give the player everything at the beginning, if you did then that is like taking candy from a baby, its easy to do.

The whole customization thing is mainly for cosmetics and to meet the players desires, striving them to continue to level their classes, continue to enjoy the content created.

GUILD HOUSING: Its literally the same thing but for the guild, slightly bigger though for it being a guild and accommodating more than one person. And instead of it using a players funds, it uses the guild funds where guild members donate to for mobs in wars

REASONS: Guild housing would just add that much more content into guilds, this would finally please the players demands and provide more incentive for people to create and join awesome guilds

Actual pictures of examples are later to come

    Here before the storm.

Nice job putting at least quite a bit of detail into your suggestion. I am excited to look at the examples of the pictures. Housing threads are usually bombarded by the community, so do keep in mind about that.

    Yes.
Since this is, like, the third housing thread within a week, the community is extra tired of them. I think I will see a LOT of salt and flame over here.

I think it is partly because I am afraid of the community that I wanted to defend him.

In my opinion, the community is somewhat of an all time low with the new update that brought a heck of a ton of controversy more than last time. Different generations of Wynncraft players both going head to head against each other taking turns defending and attacking the CT (both constructively or sometimes very heated), I will just do the favor by lessening that a bit.

    Anyways back on topic.

After giving a proper read, I do have some opinion on things that may seem a bit lacking in detail for now, but can be fixed!

For one, and the most important one, I think you can make it more clear what benefits houses will provide the player or the guild. Perhaps it can be a hangout spot where the player can invite their friends over to show off their house, or maybe it can actually provide some actual use such as friends being able to leave gifts on the houses as a way of expressing friendship! Or maybe it gives a small boost for income or exp. Right now it seems like a bit of something purely cosmetic and shares mechanics that can be easily found in towns, so you will have to add some mechanic to make it unique (the best is something that is not out of place and doesn't feel forced)!

Also, I recommend adding a poll as well, a simple "Yes" or "No" should work out.

Well, one of the most common complaints is that this has been suggested about 8888889 times this month, so use the search bar, please! No amount of detail will break that complaint, because it means the rules have been broken, though it's never enforced.

    Another common one:
"if you want to roleplay, this is bad. You are an adventurer, not some dad! Why should you have a house when you constantly move?"

And I gotta say, it's pretty solid.

Oh and in case you didn't notice, I'm telling all the common arguments so that the OP can prepare for the firing squad.
