World Tutorial Skip

The tutorial, I'm not gonna lie, is a good tutorial. But it's really annoying to have to have to do it over and over when we understand what it's teaching us already, and there's no way to speed it up either.

So I propose an option to skip the tutorial. But to skip it a player will need a class which has reached level 75 and has done the tutorial before. This ensures that anyone skipping the tutorial knows what they're doing so they can jump right to the game. The player will also receive a crafted item relative to their class so they can hop right into the game. (thanks @H0Y0Y0Y0Y0B0Y )

I don't see any harm in doing this and I don't have more to talk about at the moment. So... leave your thoughts below, I guess.

Maybe have a way to teach us people who have been playing for years, without having us redo the tutorial. Such as teaching us in the update room?

 

Or make it that we can just right click the npcs to speed up their dialogs

 

I'm pretty sure you can do that with right clicking or are you talking about NPCs in cutscenes which is the exception to the rule.

 

you cant right click the npcs in the tutorial cuz they move and it would fuck up the code

What about the quest tho? It's a free level up then, and wouldn't make sense. (i know its literally like only 1 level but still)

It doesn't make sense to skip an entire quest. If it's the case that this gets added, then I should be able to skip all the other quests that I already did multiple times right? Let me just skip to level 100 after just getting the class, cause why not right?

 

First of all I think none is saying you should automatically jump to level 100. However this tutorial is great for new players, not so for current ones. +1 from me. About the xp maybe you just shouldn't get it in return for skipping it. I mean if you have a class a 75 you dont need the 1 zombies worth of xp the quest represents.
