World One Of A Kind Mythics

I’ve been thinking about this for a while, I think it would be quite cool if all mythic items were different.

Yeah IK it sounds wack but it is possible (probably). How you ask? First the community could suggest their ideas for these one of a kind mythics on the forums/discord and the item team could review them and then change them if need them accept or deny the item.


Pros: #1 Would make mythic market
have a more set price because if they are all one of a kind they wouldn’t be worth 50 stacks like a strati or something. It would make the mythic market more even and more based on rolls. #2 It would be fun for the community. It gives us a chance to get our idea implemented into the game. imagine how cool it would be if someone found the mythic that you created.


Cons: There are a few drawbacks to this as well. #1 being what about all the old mythics. First off these would either still exist or they could turn into unidentified mythics that would have to be reidentified. #2 Workload. This would cause probably a fair amount of work for the devs because of implementing all of the items but hey, maybe then @Pokextreme would do work.s


My other idea for this could be maybe leaving mythics how they are making these special items their own rarity such as exotic or something else. (thanks thesaurus.com)

Designing an item is still a considerable amount of work, especially if the item is only going to be used once in the game, ever. Seems more like a waste of resources than something revolutionary. It'd also require code for the drop system, since knowing if an item already exists is necessary. Mythics would also go extinct as time passes on, unless there's constantly someone working on making new ones.
