    ok lets just jump straight into it

    remember the good old pregavel lookin shiny items that looked epic and... just epic is needed to explain it.
    well now you can't have     s h i n y items anymore.

    BUT... mythicc items are extra special, they are the rarest items to obtain and deserve some love and respect. so why not make them enchanted-looking when they are identified?

    we need to do something for mythics, how can they be extra special? this is an e p i c idea. vote if you agree
