I belive he meant that he lost some LE and wants a new grinding place. Just go to the frozen place in the molten heights or abuse CSST like a normal player does.

There are some good videos about how to get Emeralds:
To me the best place to get emeralds is Seavala Reef (2:42-3:10), you can get 2-3Le in 30 minutes.

I think this is actually a question. If you're at a lower level don't worry about money. Just play through the game and you'll find what you need.

However Seavale Reef right off of Selchar is a great place to make money.
