    Don't you just hate it when you join a server and it's restarting? I definitely do... You should be able to see the restart counter for every WC server in the Server menu in the lobby... If there is a restart counter it'll say "restarting in... " and then the time. If there's no timer, then it will look the same as usual.

    I can't imagine how it would be difficult. Maybe that's just because I don't know the first two things about coding, but compared to some of the other stuff I've seen in the game this seems like it would be a cakewalk to add in.

    I suspect that it wouldn't be too much of a problem, but it depends on how low-level the server implementation is. I'm inclined to believe that it's relatively high-level (since Java is relatively high-level, at least compared to C++), and there are unlikely to be any data transfer barriers.

    You know what would also be great? When in chat it says the server is restarting in # minutes it says wc4 or whatever

    +1 this is incredibly annoying.

    You should be able to see if it’s restarting in the world selection. This should either be shown as red text that shows up in the emeralds description (where they show world, player count, lag %). Or better yet, they should change it from an emerald to a red stone block or something visually different than an emerald block
