Pets & Horses More Mount Variety

idk thought there might be something more fun to make (like a moltne heights questline) than another reskin of a horse

 

to be fair that's a bad example as it's the CT who do the quests, and making a new mount requires dev work (like jpresent stuff)
But yeah, the point is that the time can be used for other interesting gameplay features.

I wouldn't mind cosmetic mounts with llamas and shit, but it'd probably be hard to code and unresponsive (horses are controlled client-side, you can't control a llama in vanilla. see where i'm getting at? it'd feel like 1.8 horses and wouldn't be consistent with 1.9+ horses)
