The constant pushing around of the player is just annoying and not fun. If I could at least kill the things pushing me around and they stayed dead like the first part of the final fight I would be fine with it. I`m fine with the rest of the quest, but it takes one thing to ruin it.

its a good quest

unless you're mad at the boss
in which case is meant to be done with friends

 

Why? It's a great quest. Did you bug out on it or something or can't beat Amadel?

 

I loved it up until the part where I`m being pushed around every second and ganged up on by 10 people.

The final fight is super hard so you need to be prepared (it's better with friends!)

unless ur a mage or you take the armour which gives the highest hp Amadel is actually Super fucking easy

if i’m not wrong he got a real heavy nerf recently, he has less health OVERALL than cow rn (40k + 40k + 10k = 90k, cow has 100k)

i assume you’re using your warrior, spam bash and uppercut/warscream every now and then

scythe is the best spear for the job at 70

What do you even mean by pushing around? What part? I assume you mean one of Amadel's phases, but an explanation would be nice.

EDIT: Nvm but you still didn't explain what you're talking about.

 

During the second part when you are fighting the shadow version, those things lining up the sides of the arena are pushing you around constantly and when you kill them, they just come back

 

Eh ok I don't remember having any trouble with Shadow Amadel, but I don't know if the pull spell even existed when I did it for the first time.

 

The design of the fight is that Amadel has created a number of fake clones to catch you out, and runs away if you hit him as a chip-away style of fighting. The Light Weavers are there to keep you in the middle and prevent you from just chasing the real Amadel down easily.

I actually designed the Amadel fights, so if there's any problems with it, I'm the one to take it up with.

 

I want to know why you thought it would be fun to be constantly pushed back once you get close to him, its not a challenge, Its just annoying.

Edit: At least make it so they don`t respawn.

 

Then you can just chase down the real Amadel easily and continuously, and whoops, there goes any semblance of challenge the fight has. He's got next to no regeneration, so what you need to do is slam him with your strongest attacks in bursts, and this can really stymie some builds. Lv 57 with The Passage is about the time when we start asking the player to step up their game, and around Lv 68-70 is when we expect you to have shaped up and become ready for the real tough stuff.

The Corrupter of Worlds is "baby's first superboss" as I like to call him sometimes. Amadel is a grueling wake-up call, and hoo boy ol' Bobby boy. Expect to have trouble. These bosses are designed to be difficult.
