WAIT! Before you click no on the poll, this isn’t a housing suggestion.

    What is this suggestion?

Basically, since people have such a hard time selling their shit on the trade market, maybe there could be stalls in cities (or along the walls of Cinfras and Detlas) where your guild leader pays a fee to open a Guild Shop. Then at the purchased stall, your guild banner will be displayed and there will be an NPC there which behaves like a regular merchant.

    So how does it operate?

You place an item into a chest opened by a command (/gs? or /guild shop?) and you set a price, which you type in chat. Then the item will be opened in the guild store. You will have to pay a fee should you want to open a new page, and those emeralds will be drained from the guild bank. Anybody can do it should they want to, recruits, recruiter, etc.

When an item is bought, 20% of the emeralds go to the guild bank, followed by 80% going to you. The emeralds you make can be accessed by doing /guild yield or something.

    Anything else?

Yeah. Maybe there could be a sorting thing which allows you to sort items based on Rarity, Level or Alphabetical Order. Don’t do Mana Regen or HPR, you should by right know what you’re searching for

Also there could also be a special shop in Cinfras which you can put your mythics in for the full yield, but you will require to pay a fee to put your mythic.

    Here’s another option:

There could be a single shop where people just place their items inside for a fee, and then set a price. Everything on is the same from there, the sorting system, the search bar.

Why do I think this is a good idea?

People have such a hard time finding and selling shit on the trade market, so I just thought that maybe people could just search for the items they want themselves. The fee for guild banks and for shops is also a slight money sink, for all of you complaining about the economy.

    Option 1: Guilds buy shops.
Option 2: There’s one communal shop which people pay to put their shit in.

Good but i think that would mean some refinement in the cities because of how tightly packed it is. Also maybe a limit on the price because people could start scamming and etc.
