Remove Emeralds

Emeralds are point less. Make an economy based on trading. So no currency.
For an example you would buy low leave weapons in ragini cost rotten flesh.
And similar.

It would kinda fix the economy

 

this would work if we also removed every item on the server

Economy IRL used to be based off of trading, however currency was quickly created because simply trading does not, has never, and will never work. Even if you delete the emeralds from Wynn, players will simply find some random item and make that the new currency, for example rotten flesh or potatoes.

Why won’t trading work?
Because often, Player A will not have what Player B wants and therefore will be unable to trade for the item they want from Player B. Now neither player is satisfied since Player A cannot buy the item they want, and Player B can’t sell their item. Trading-only can last a short time until people start finding ways to create their own currency.

And either way, what problems does this solve?

If emeralds are removed how do I exist?

 

What’s the players fault? Creating a currency? No it is not. Trading economies naturally don’t work well because of the concept - with a currency it’s easier because Player A can buy item A from player B for some money, which Player B can now use to buy Item B from Player C. With a trade based economy Player B will be unable to sell his item to Player A because Player A doesn’t have Item B.
